misleading capacity
As it was doubtful to have a rating at 19800 mAh, I tested the battery capacity with 160 ma load, the battery lasted for 18 hrs only before the voltage started to drop (down to 3.5V). The actual rating was roughly at 3000 mAh!! This is basically the market price for such rating! A very misleading capacity spec!

Not 19800 mAh
Fake capacity rating. 2 fully charged batteries in parallel under 100 mA lasted around 12 hours. I believe it is 3000mA max.Edit: after testing several batteries, it gave 9 wh max for each battery.This means at best it is 2400 mAh.
