First purchased this shirt from Crazy Dog in May, 2020, after having ordered other shirts in March and loved them, it was my favourite shirt. Then I lost it. I re-ordered the shirt from my past order receipt. Although the shirt that arrived was similar, the fit, and feel were not. The lettering was larger, and the screening not as sharp. I wrote to explain the difference, and my disappointment in the product, and was “assured the quality of the clothes is no problem.” Tonight I found my original shirt (pictured on the left). So. Much. Better. The Crazy Dog label is screen printed inside the back of the t-shirt—no tag like the one pictured on the right. The size is medium slim, longer, and the quality is so much better than the replacement (on the right). The one on the right is not the same quality as the Crazy Dog t-shirts I’d ordered before. It’s too bad because if you’ve changed suppliers or quality to save money, you’ll end up losing business. I would have given a 5-star rating if my replacement shirt had been as good as the others I’d ordered, but a single star is all the shirt on the right deserves after having a taste of your former quality. I’m glad to have my old shirt back. I would not risk ordering from you again.

This is remedy offered to solve the issue. We have gone back and forth and I give up.Never will I shop for clothing on here again due to this vendor!!!

Commandé un large adulte et reçu AVEC 4 MOIS DE RETARD un t-shirt qui fait à un enfant de 10 ans. Le t-shirt est aussi large que long !?! En plus, le texte était écrit croche. Qualité épouvantable. Surtout ne commandez pas ce produit.

Advertised as a Crazy Dog shirt. It is not. It’s cheap. It shrunk. The lettering is faded.Very very disappointed. Won’t ever order from the seller again
