is this an actual 9 in x 3.5 in x 4 in tire as shown in the pictures and description? I ordered 2 of theses and received 11 in (as marked on tire)

They have sent you the wrong ones, I checked mine they are 9” OD 3 1/2 wide thru the hub. I had to drill the rims and put lag bolts into the rubber, the first one came off the rim, with 1 1/2 lags on both sides, no problems now. David

Have a Toro 3200 Timecutter with a 4.10 x 3.5-4 factory tire. these numbers are on the tire wall. Will this tire fit?

It is not the tire that would not fit. The hubs were two different lengths, one was the right length the other was more than 1/2 in too long to fit in the wheel holder. We sawed it and ground it till we made it fit. Or is ok for now. Do t know why they would send me two sizes of hubs. The tire size is ok. TP
