This was recommended to me by a doctor who specializes in sleep disorders.I really like it. I gave some to my daughter-in-law, and she raves about it as well.

This product was recommended by my doctor and it really does work. I've had problems sleeping for many years I can't hardly believe it works great.

Remfresh has been moderaly effective in improving my quality of sleep. However, the first ones I purchased were 10mg, which worked great. I have to take two of the 5mg to get a restful 6hrs.

I have never seen another sleep product that worked for a full nights sleep instead of waking you up after a few hours. I have tried everything and this is the only thing that works it’s better than Lunesta it’s better than any prescription I have ever taken for sleep and non-toxic (unlike prescriptionsThe best ever sleep product)

10 mg dose but it releases over 7 hours which makes it different from any previous brands I’ve tried. My sleep doctor recommended it. Expensive compared with other products but it caused my garmin watch to register poor “stress” levels and I didn’t feel rested even though I slept longer. It does work for better REM sleep so it is worth a try if you’re really struggling with sleep
