Is there an inner cap that can be punctured with a pin to avoid rapid spilling if it tips?

No there is only the screw off top. I use a brush to apply product and I use this to remove it from the brush...so I just pour a small amount into a shot glass and soak the brush in that.

This can be used to remove the ridged collodion right? If so how would I go about removing it with this?

Yes! It’s been a few years since I purchased, but I think I just used it on a cotton ball and gently rubbed off.

Is this good for sensitive skin or use on the face?

Hello, I have sensitive skin as well, so I think I can answer your question. I recently used spirit gum to apply some moss on my face for a costume and used this to dissolve it. While the product itself smells strongly of acetone (closest chemical I could think of that reminded me of its smell), I got no reaction from the product. Once I got the moss off, I washed the remover from my face, and everything was fine. However, if you are anxious, I'd test it on a less visible part of your skin by applying and then washing it off as you would typically do.
