Detroit Axle - Complete Front Driver or Passenger Side CV Axle Shaft Replacement for 2010-2014 Subaru Outback Legacy

Wrong part.I ordered this a litle over a month ago because a mechanic was going to help me install them.I bought all new wheel bearings, brake rotors ans pads since I was going to be in there anyway.For whatever reason, I wasn't able to install them until today.Today, they were installed by a professional, in a professional environment. Apparently these axles were .3" too long.This wasn't noticed on install, and the vechicle was driven 24 miles after install.The incorrect axle length caused the brand new bearings to not be torqued properly, and subsequently it destroyed them in 24 miles.Moog bearings. (Not cheap, thanks.)So not only am I out the money for the axles, but you also cost me for the bearings.... oh, and wasted my day.Thanks....For nothing.Update:This company sent me a phone number to call them so they can "help".They offered ZERO help whatsoever, made excuses and then told me that I ordered the wrong part.You know, despite owning EXACTLY the car this item is said to fit. When he accused me of ordering the wrong part the second time, I angrily said "The h-ll I did!!"So they hung up on me.That was their intent all along.They NEVER wanted to actually help.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!I wish I could give them zero stars.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  Overall quality is fine for a cheap replacement, however these axles continue to be too long for the listed application. Subaru lists the oem collapsed shaft length at 31.7 inches, whereas these fall at 32.5. A simple mistake costs many people a great deal of money.
