This is my second time buying quinoa and my first time buying this brand. The packing was good( sturdy and airtight and convenient). I don't eat quinoa directly but add it to other batters eg. Idli. I soak it for about 8 hours and see several sprouted seeds. It makes the idlis very soft and extra nutritious. Will surely buy again at this discounted price.Edit- finished the pack. Taking away two stars because there were impurities/ adulterants. Won't buy this again.

After cooking it look brown, I don't know much about how to choose quinoa for buy, this one is good at the price, it also going to last long, I mix this with my gram salad, with lost of carrot and beans., it take time to cook
