Will this work in israel with plugs c, h and m?

Enough plugs provided that you should be able to match okay.

This item comes with a u.s. adapter. why? except for the u.s. the world uses 220 volts and the uses 120 volts 0

In some Asian country though the voltage is 220, their plugs are the same as the US…so you need the adapter! I’m talking of first hand experienced here. I was in Europe pre COVID-19 and used the various adapters provided for that region, and uses the US adapter in some Asian countries. I hope this clarify the “WHY” question. Thanks.
