Great value, clean ingredients, perfect amount of stimulant
Been using this Kaged Pre Sport for years. Price point is amazing, great flavors (Fruit Punch is my go to), just the right amount of stimulants, and clean energy. If I want a little more of an intense stimulus I take a big heaping scoop. Best preworkout on the market for sure.

i start with this everyday to give me the boost i need to face the day. It helps me focus and stay alert, tastes good and mixes easily and is very effective

Not very different from others but works!
Its actually good! I was hesitant at first but turns out the caffeine works in this. I have tried ON, Muscletech, Cellucor and this stuff works better! Maybe because the body gets used to it after a while, will have to rotate the brands and check again.

Great Pre workout for the price
This is a great pre workout for the price. I have been using pre workout for years and this one is comparable to the one I have paying twice the amount.

Hit and miss
Kaged has been around a long while. One of the old school brands that persists today, and I'm happy to see it. Taste is a little strong, but great. Probably the best tasting pre workout I've ever had. Mixes well, mostly jitter-free.Unfortunately, I've experienced hit and miss energy with it. If you're a little tired, don't expect this to wake you up like a dozen cups of coffee. If you're well rested, it's about perfect. When it's working well, I have the best workouts. Clarity, focus, weights feel light as a feather. I simply LOVE this stuff on those days. With my life's hectic third shift, Tuesday through Saturday schedule, I don't have the luxury of quality rest every day. When I'm tired, Kaged falls short. It'll give me just enough pump to get out the door and it's out of my system already. I tried using two scoops in those times, but it wasn't enough. Maybe I should try a high stim pre for my laggy days.

Great flavor and energy!
I will be reordering this for the foreseeable future. Tastes great, and gives me great energy without the jitters.
