Corelle Livingware 12 Piece Dinnerware Set, Winter Frost White , Service for 4

Lightweight, chip and break resistant pristine white that goes with anything... What's not to love? My heavy stoneware will be finding a new home at Goodwill (the pieces that aren't chipped or cracked will anyway). I have space in my cupboards again. Corelle is so space saving, I have room to come back and order serving dishes. Im very happy with this product.*Be careful when ordering though, if you don't want the stoneware mugs that Corelle is now packing with their new sets, you'll have to order your cups from a third party. Really, stoneware? What were they thinking? I found a great third party vendor right here on Amazon and bought genuine Corelle cups and saucers to go with this set and they're great.*

Got two of these sets and returned my $500 set back to po ttery ba rn after discovering the lead safe mama. Very happy these plates are lead free. They are easy to grip and wash and they stack nicely. I am enjoying them. I am glad i got them before the $15 price hike. (I paid $50)

These dishes are seriously incredible. I was just scooping ice cream for my kids and knocked a bowl off of the counter, onto my porcelain floor. It bounced. I gave it a quick rinse and continued scooping ice cream. I should have known that these dishes were the real deal just from the fact that every piece that came in the set is still fully intact after months of daily use by my family of 6. Watching it bounce off my tile in one piece really did it for me. I could not love these more.

We purchased 2 sets of these so we could use them for guest as well. I love the durability of them because we have little ones who drop everything and these haven't broke or cracked. When one does get dropped I run food coloring over it to look for and fractures and so far so good. They are microwave and dishwasher safe but my favorite thing is they can be placed in an oven to keep warm the hottest we have done is 280 FI like that they are simple enough for everyday use but also look nice when placed on a charger and paired with cloth napkins and stemware.

Replacement for my stoneware,and vintage Corelle, that tested positive for lead. Did my research,and found these! Love them!So durable, and they go with everything that I have!

Had to wait a bit for this item so when it finally arrived in a Walmart box I was confused. However Corelle is worth the wait. Their footprint in the kitchen cabinet is small, their glasslike construction makes my food taste clean unlike plastic or melamine type dishes. I use stoneware when I want to be a bit fancy but for everyday dishes that fit well in the cabinet and dishwasher, this is it. They do lose their sheen and the edges chip after ten years or so despite my best efforts. Maybe it’s dishwashing solvents. Still worth it though.

I've used this for 23 years and rarely break dishes. This isn't a replacement. I sent my fourth child to college and just added another set to the family. I couldn't recommend it more. It doesn't have the current styles available in ceramics and other brands, but Corelle lasts forever and it's simple design works great to let you dress the rest of the table and keep this as a simple base if you want more style.I thought when my kids got older I would be able to switch to ceramic plates that would be more stylish, but as they all great up, I decided I just wanted to stay with the quality of Corelle. It doesn't break or chip in the sink, it rarely breaks if I drop it on my wood floor, it loads well in the dishwasher, it stacks compactly in the cupboard. What's not to love?

Bought these because I have a 6 and 7 year old who have been know to drop dishes, so I was hoping these would be a bit more durable. My daughter broke one in the first week putting it in the sink. She didn't throw it or even drop it very hard she just put it over the sink and it fell about 8 inches into the bottom of the sink and it broke. I was very surprised and disappointed as I was in the kitchen with her when it happened. The plate broke into many small pieces.

I love the clean, snow white colour and how light the entire set is. The strength of the glass is superior to my old porcelain dishes and I love that Corelle is dedicated to ensuring there is no lead or cadmium in these dishes.
