I purchased this for my 3 year old daughter and received it a few days ago. It is now Christmas Eve and I opened the box to put the batteries in so it'd be ready for her when she wakes up tomorrow morning. The toy I pulled out of the box is scratched on the wheels and the visor. There's a sticky film under the wheels as well. This looks like it was played with for 3 months and boxed back up and sold as "new". I'm incredibly disappointed that I can't give this to my daughter on Christmas. Hopefully this helps guides some other folks' decision about this product and the seller.

We gave this dog to our six year old son for Christmas, since he had been wanting a "robot dog" and this one appeared to have the best reviews. It worked for about two hours and then suddenly stopped working. We replaced the batteries with new ones and it still doesn't work. He's so sad! While it did work, he absolutely loved it. I didn't find it all that impressive, as it didn't necessarily follow all of the commands well, though maybe that was because all three kids were playing nearby at the same, so it wasn't quiet enough. Regardless, our son absolutely loved it and even slept with it last night, even though it wasn't working! So frustrating that it broke for no reason a few hours after opening. Giving it two stars because if it works, its a decent, though not amazing, toy.

Puppy is not responsive. It will only take commands after it has been physically prompted to listen. It just runs around randomly (mostly into its surroundings) whining non stop. It will follow you, but only if you are within a 5 inch straight line view of its eye sight and will just run into you until it becomes confused and wonders off doing its own thing. There is a very small list of commands it is supposed to obey, but only seems to understand two. I would not buy this again. I would not suggest this product for anyone else.

This is a cute toy, relatively small in dimensions. It has two settings: one that does the whole demo of its performance and one that performes on command, e.g. forward, left, dance, etc. In the first setting, the eyes of the dog turn blue and in the second setting the eyes turn green. You can switch from one setting to the other or stop by pushing the dog's head downwards with your hand.Overall, the dog is entertaining but it is noisy and a bit scary for younger kids. We got it as a gift for our 2.5 year old goddaughter on her request, and yet she was scared in the beginning. As soon as she saw the dog flashing, moving fast and making so much noise she ran and got on a chair. It took her at least an hour to get accustomed to it and overcome her fear. Once she did though, it became her non-separated friend.

Product defective. Did not respond to any commands, only operated in free demo mode. Gave this to my daughter for Christmas and she is in tears that it doesn't work. Will not sing, bark, follow,etc. Also, was sold as "new," but has markings on belly that suggest used. Returning for refund. Very disappointing.

This puppy is so amazing, I bought it for my son and everyone loves it even my mom lol. The "follow me" sensor at the chest should b replaced with an armband tho because u have to be right up under him for him to follow u otherwise he gets lost easily, other than that he's great fun. He has this cool thing he does with the "forward" command that just steals the show. My son is 6 and my mom is 56 and this puppy has everyone's attention lol guessing he's for all ages

Bought this product for my 4 year old son for Christmas. He was playing with it and all of a sudden it stop working. we thought maybe we used up all the batteries, so we replaced it with new batteries and it is still not working. All of the batteries are new. So I'm not very happy with this product and it's a very expensive product as well.

This is USED!!! Wtf! I paid $100, opened it tonight to leave from "Santa", this thing is clearly used!! I'm so disappointed since it was supposed to be NEW!!! Scratches, wheels dirty, ears are scratched! I NEED A NEW ONE ASAP!!!!!! I paid for a new one and I need a NEW one!

My six year old son really enjoyed getting this and playing with it, but I felt that it really didn't respond to his voice all that well. When it didnt do what he asked, he would start yelling at it and we spend most of the Christmas break listening to "TURN LEFT! TURN LEFT! TURN LEFT!"... nothing a little therapy can't fix. But like I said, my son was quite happy.

So fustraring to watch the price go down a day after I paid more for it 😡 Hope it's worth ifTurns out it was not worth it ... The dog was used ... Dirty ears and the eyes were scratched ... On top of that it didn't work ! Now I have to take my time to return it when the idea of ordering online is not to have to go through this process

This item arrived on time but there appeared to be some damage on the box (inner box/packaging for the toy). Once we put the batteries in - nothing. Wouldn't work at all. Tried multiple batteries and visually inspected for damage. Returned.

I can only surmise that the previous posts are by people friendly to the manufacturer. This toy is garbage. The voice recognition works not better than 1 in 10 times, and then the results are not impressive, On day 2, the lights in the eyes to indicate "listening" mode stopped working and today, day 3, it stopped receiving commands at all. Now to figure out how to explain returning toys to Santa......

Don't waste your money.. useless toy.. does not recognise voice correctly, hits everything and does not recognize obstacle. For the price of the toy robot you would expect a much better product. Buy something elseYour kid will play with it for less then 15 minutes (tried the toy with over 10 kids)

We are somewhat disappointed with this toy. I gave it a 3 rating because it does not seem to have sensor that makes it turn away from the wall once it hits it. It just keeps going into the wall and despite command to turn right and left. In that incident you have pick it up and put away from wall. Durable toy.

Grand Daughter loves it

Terrible quality. Stopped functioning for no reason.

Purchased as a gift. I'm sure he will love it!!

I ordered this new and it came back used , dusty and scratched up.
