Very good quality. The waist trainer is a little stretchy to sit well on any curves of yours. It comes with about a 3 inch wide extension strap that’ll latch onto the hooks- if you need to go a little bigger. I’m a size small. My bra size is 32C. US Size 2. I’m 5’4” 110 LBS and I got a size XS. I should have ordered a size S because mine was a little too small for me. Didn’t run into any problems- the extension strap was a life saver :P. I recommend getting this product if you’re looking for something nicely priced and durable. :)

Great waist trainer! The mid-section elastic band definitely helps keep things from shifting around while your wearing it. It provides good compression in key areas you want it, without being uncomfortable. I will agree with other reviews that the sizing guide is not super accurate. I’m 5’11”, 190lbs, 34” waist, 38C underbust, 41” hips with slightly broad shoulders. I ordered a Large in black that did come with an extension piece but didn’t need it and I am already on the last set of hooks without the extension. I would suggest ordering 2 different sizes. The first size in whatever T-shirt size fits you without being baggy. The second size being one size smaller. For example I ordered a large which fits well but I have maxed out the compression training for it within a week, and regret not also buying a size medium. Which I will be ordering soon, as the quality of the first one I ordered was great. Hopefully someone finds this helpful and they update their sizing guide.

I just received the Kimikal waist trainer today and also wore it half of the day! What i can say so far is that the fabric is very good quality and durable! The sewing is done very well and i dont see this falling apart after a few wears! Once i wore it, i came to realise that i stood straighter although this is just a waist trainer it helped me with posture as well! To top it of i always had pain on my lower hip due to a fall a few years ago and when i wore the trainer it forced the hip to stay put lol i know this might sound funny but its true! I hesitated to buy this product and now im very glad i chose this over all the other ones in the price range!!! Make sure you measure yourself before purchasing the item! My waist is 39" lol and size XXL fit perfectly! Dont buy a smaller size thinking you are gonna squeeze it on, no sis you need to upgrade to the larger size 😂!!!! The only reason i didnt give this a 5star rating is because i have only used it for a few hours so far...

A good, comfortable (although bending down is as hard as you would expect), slimming waist cincher. The side straps are secured. It has a good length and is tight but not too tight. Worth the price.

Good quality, but I had to return it for a smaller size. Definitely order a size down from what you usually are, it comes with an insert if you need it

Super comfy! I’ve been using waist trainers for years and this is probably the best quality that I’ve purchased. The fabric is stretchy but not too stretchy and breathable. The clasps are by far 10/10 and durable. I ordered a size down because my old waist trainer wasn’t fitting snug anymore and I did have to use the extender that was included. I highly recommend this waist trainer. If you are new at waist training tho you should order your actual size becuase it might be too much starting out!

I dont write many reviews but I felt this item was worth it! I've always had back issues, due to growing to fast so my stomach pokes out due to how my spinal cord is. I gained 100lbs while pregnant with my son that I've been struggling to loose. He is now 5. Obviously my stomach is much larger now. Picking him up at 50lbs also isn't good for my back. When I first started wearing this 4 days ago, I could barely fit into the last clasp. Now I'm in the second to last clasp and could even do the 3rd but I'll wait a week for that. My stomach is visibly smaller. I saw reviews before purchasing that said it curbs appetite and is good for posture. I must agree. I've been fasting and don't feel hungry while wearing it, I feel I have more energy and my back doesn't hurt as much. My posture is much better. So glad I bought this and wish I bought it sooner. Definitely size down. I'm usually a 2xl. I bought a large. With the extension i was able to fit into it. Since I'm losing weight, I will be able to wear it longer

It’s comfortable but runs kind of big. I suggest sizing down. I got a small and usually I’m a median and the small still seems big. I’m already at the last hooks and I’ve only worn it for about 2 weeks, but overall I love the feel and how it shapes my waist.
