I don't believe that this product is original. Packing was decent. However Zips seems very generic and very delicate. And the chest strap, the design was like "what the hell!', you have a elastic strap over a non elastic strap and non adjustable on the left side. Maybe design error or a genuine design it's a thumbs down for me. Over all I can say 1.75 to 2. Keeping the brand name aside the backpack don't seem to be upto the mark.
