This entry door set arrived in great condition. I have it installed on my front door. The design is very pretty and I get compliments on it all the time. The quality is very good and the paint doesn’t scratch off or anything. The installation was also pretty straightforward. I have no complaints on this product.

We recently installed a new front door and needed a new handle. Found this one here and decided why not for the price. Item arrived new in the box packed very well with very clear instructions. Simple to install. Handle and lock are constructed wellWill buy another for the back door we are replacing.

I ordered two of these for our double front doors and loved the look at first, but less than two years later the one on the door we actually use has two different issues: 1) you have to practically punch the thumb piece down in order to get the latch open, and 2) the interior handle sags no matter how many times we fix it (this started within months of installation and I should have done a warranty claim then). I have installed tons of door hardware and never had similar issues; I think the interior parts are just very cheaply made. I inquired about a warranty replacement and learned the warranty on this product is only a year. I’ll save up for a name brand that lasts 20 years to replace these. It’s unfortunate that Amazon sells such a low quality product under its brand.

This set has two separate bolts, upper and lower. My old broken lock has the same but integrated into a single piece inside. It has been troubling me for years because I can't find a direct replacement. If I buy separate pieces like this, the holes in the door are about 2.5 inches apart. Typically locks are too close to fit into two holes. This set is compact enough to fit.My house is built in the 80s and this lock fits directly, strike plates and such. So I can't comment on the drilling instructions. But you have to see several languages at once on the same diagram.For the price, it feels solid, but not as trunky as my old lock set for the front door. Except for the interior deadbolt cover. I can make use of some additional mounting screws. The handles have a tiny bit of play.For the installation, you have one diagram to fit all the pieces together. I believe there would be steps for installation when I ordered it. But no, just one diagram. You can imagine that I sit inside behind the door to read the diagram in winter but the diagram is the other way around. How inconvenient.At first, I thought something is missing. But then I saw the ** small print in the diagram. Some of the pieces are assembled together so you have to disassemble them to get all the pieces. It's reasonably easy but I appreciate it if there are steps, on which pieces to assemble first. I'm not a locksmith.

cheap and a very clean look to add to a house. a nice cheap upgrade that does it alot of value.

Feels cheap. No bottom bolt cover and the handle feels light and cheap.
