Awesome seeds! Glad I chose this brand
Awesome seeds! Glad I chose this brand. They're lovely, clean & dry. When I sprouted my first batch to grow into blades, only a very few didn't sprout, which is incredible. They sprouted fast & once in Miracle Grow soil, grew quickly green. At about 6" high, I cut them. Smoothies of these taste so delicious, I feel vitality after drinking & the rich green color of blades tell me they're full of chlorophyll. I'll always order Todd's from now on! This 5lb bag will do me a long time. I'm building supplies for shtf & realized I'll miss green growing things & so will my body. Many focus on canned & dehydrated, but we'll want/need living food fresh after a while. This fits the bill, so easy to sprout then put in clean dirt to harvest fresh greens. I also have snipped pieces to sprinkle on salads in place of green onion tops & I like it!

Almost all seeds sprout and sprout in almost any conditions
5lb is a lot, if you're growing it in anything less than really large patches you'll probably never run out of wheatgrass seeds. Almost all of them sprout in almost any condition. I placed the seeds in a bowl with rocks and water and they still sprouted within 1-3 days. Grows like a weed. Can be harvested multiple times and will be ready to harvest again in about 4-5 days. Can't be used in a normal fruit juicer, if you don't want to spend the money on a wheatgrass juicer pestling the grass and adding it to water will flavor your water. A small handful can flavor about a quart of water. Honestly with how much you can grow with 5lb of seeds the juicer would be worth the money.

The best for my pets
I got this for my dogs and bird. So far, the dogs have no clue it’s for them or that they can eat it. They’re still eating everything they can in the yard thinking they’re being sneaky. That’s why I set it right by their water hoping they would get the hint. So far they just walk around it to get to their water. Parakeet on the other hand loves it! I had it outside his cage at first but he likes it much better in the cage. Sometimes I walk over and his beak is green. It’s so cute. He’s only 4 months old so I want him to be as healthy as he can be from the start to prevent issues later on. I had no idea that all pets could have wheatgrass. It’s so easy to grow as well. Once the seeds went in the dirt, it took off. Love it. Will update if/when the dogs try it.

Quality seed, NO MOLD
This is my third time ordering this seed from Todd's and it is the best I have found. NO MOLD. It grows 10" tall and has great germination. I do soak my seeds with a small amount of peroxide (an ounce or 2 of food grade 3% added to the soaking water), which brings non-germinators to the top. I also water lightly with salt water, 3/4 tsp to qt. when grass is about 2" high followed by plain water, then water from the bottom after grass is 3". This takes care of the mold but not if you don't have quality seed.. The only downside to this seed is the price. It is more expensive than can be found elsewhere, such as a co-op or elsewhere online.

Great seeds, good price
This is my first order of wheatgrass seeds and first order from Todd's Seeds so I don't have a comparison. I will say that the seeds were well packaged (double bagged) and labeled with the website address which contained the planting instructions. I got the instructions off the website (first time growing wheatgrass). I followed the instructions as written and became worried because my seeds did not sprout during the soaking period. I even soaked them an extra two days. So, I planted them anyway and they grew into a lush expanse of grass. I juiced the grass and it was good. So, I will continue to purchase my seeds for Todd and you should too.I do recommend storing the seeds in an airtight container (I use an oxo pop container) because I've read reviews which complain about some kind of bugs that frequent wheatgrass seeds. I'm guessing this is common to all seeds, no just Todd's.

Great for cat
I densly plant 6" pots of this for my cat, he turns his head sideways and "mows the lawn" while purring and chomping. The extra fiber, moisture, and stimulation is good for cats. I tried making myself a smoothie to share with my cat, and it tasted terrible, but maybe that's just me.If left too wet during germination, a fuzzy cobweb mold will form but will go away when it gets going. If you sterilize this properly, you can grow some good fungi on it, but there are cheaper options for that.

Great cat grass!
Yup, bought these Wheatgrass seeds for my cats. And they're great! The first planting, I tried the soak first method and it didn't really go well. Since then, I just directly plant them on damp soil and lightly cover with dry soil and within days, there is lush growth. I keep it on a small table by the sliding glass door, nothing special. In my picture, you can see another dish of the grass behind the fresh one. That dish has gone strong for several weeks. The cats love it. I will continue to buy my seeds from here.

Sammy cat thanks you!
She loves it, I try to start a new pot weekly. Worth every penny just because I don't have to keep running to the nursery to buy more.
