I love this cutting board. After staying with my mom for a year, I needed to replace some items when I recently moved into my new house. My old marble board was discolored, heavy, and retained water underneath. My mom's board was/is the worst design for a cutting board. First off it's plastic, so it retains/absorbs whatever is cut on it (getting bits of raw chicken off it is a complete bitch and involves lots of scrubbing and bleach) it's small, and it has a lip around three of the edges so getting a flush chop is impossible. This board is none of that! It's a perfect size, it's sturdy but still rather lightweight. The natural color is nice, I appreciate the line cut around the edge for juices. I didn't know it but it has handhold cut outs on each side as well, a nice extra feature. It sits perfectly flush on my counter and dries quickly. If you do any kind of cooking, this board is worth more than the $20 price tag it comes with.

This is a great cutting board but after having it for a few months it’s starting to split and chip. Don’t get me wrong the thickness and the weight of it is great. It seemed at first great craftsmanship but like i said after a solid amount of cleanings it’s definitely wearing down.
