I like using herbal supplements for my kids that act as well as prescribed meds, much more beneficial for the body and mind.

I’ve been using this product for 14 years. I and my daughter have not had a cold in 14 years. You need to take it at first sign and one to two doses the symptoms are gone. I am never without it in my medicine cabinet or purse.

When my toddler started daycare, he would pick up all sorts of germs and pass them all to us. We were literally sick non-stop for 3 months. Fortunately we came across Yin Chiao, and this has saved us! We take 4 tablets as soon as we feel a cold/flu coming on (e.g. sore throat), and we haven't been sick since. We always have a supply of these and I swear by them. If you start feeling sick, start them immediately and you’ll either avoid getting sick or you’ll have a super light version of it.

Have used this stuff for 20 years...if you catch an oncoming cold soon enough you can avoid it entirely or wipe it out in 3 days. Also works well for sinus infection or bad allergies but only for 3 or 4 days at the beginning. These are the coated tablets which are small, easy to swallow and not bitter like many Chinese herbs. Suppliment with vitamin C and echinacea tincture and you will never have a bad cold again.
