Wir besitzen einen chariot corsaire 1.Wir haben die Buggyräder als Erweiterung gekauft. Wir nutzen den Wagen fast nur zum joggen oder Fahrrad fahren, aber wir haben festgestellt, wenn man nur das starre joggerrad hat, ist das bei Ausflügen manchmal unpraktisch. Mit den Buggyrädern, kann man den Wagen sehr komfortabel lenken, butterweich, wir haben eine kleinere Messe besucht und es war ein einfaches den wagen um kurven zu schieben und zu manövrieren.Für Spaziergänge auf Asphalt und Ebenen Gelände sind die Räder ebenfalls geeignet, aber im ländlichen Bereich, auf Feld - und Wiesenwegen bevorzuge ich nach wie vor das starre Luft befüllte joggerrad. Die buggyräder sind vollständig aus hartgummi und rumpeln bei unebenen Untergrund etwas mehr und auf steinigen Sandboden stellt sich auch mal ein reifen quer. Sie sind nicht feststellbar und 360 drehbar.Ich würde sie dennoch wieder kaufen, es macht bei Fahrradtouren unabhängig, man stellt die Fahrräder ab, die Anhängerstange in den chariot Kofferraum, buggyräder drunter und noch weiter spazieren , wenn es mit dem Fahrrad nicht geht.

Die Räder sind einfach zu teuer und dann nur paarweise zu kaufen. Es gibt sie da und dort auch Einzelt zu kaufen, aber dann ist der Preis noch verrückter. Kein Wunder, dass uns da eins geklaut wurde...Abgesehen davon sind die Räder natürlich klasse.

These wheels are not your typical cheap plastic wheels. The wheels themselves are plastic but are very thick and tough. The tires are not inflatable so no worries about getting flats. The fork that attaches the wheel to the Chariot stroller is a nice and solid, thick piece of extruded aluminum that has been precisely machined to accept the axle and the head pin. The quality is outstanding as would be expected for the price and from Chariot and now Thule.I have read some blogs where people were using these instead of the jogging wheel. While it may work, I would not recommend it for this purpose myself because theses wheels do make the stroller turn extremely quickly and if they were to catch in a rut or something an turn the stroller. While walking this would not be much of a problem, but at running speed this could be quite violent and they could presumable cause the stroller to flip, turn into traffic, or off the path. In addition these stroller wheels are solid rubber and do not provide any vibration dampening as would the jogging attachment's inflatable tire.

We purchased a Thule Chariot Cougar 2 second hand and it only came with running wheel and bike attachment. Knew I wanted the strolling kit to cover all our bases. Great purchase. Wheels easily snap in and make for a very smooth ride!!

Passen perfekt und lassen sich schnell und einfach an- und umbauen. Gefühlt geht leider viel der Federung verloren
