Single cup - no problem with the Coletti
I love this single cup coffee maker. I use a very dark roast very near espresso, and the drip speed of the Coletti is prefect. Some of these single cup cones have one large hole for the drip. The water goes through so fast that it sometimes "punches" through the bottom of a cone filter; bad coffee/ bad mess. The Coletti uses several smaller holes. This has a gentler action on the filter, and to my taste make a better coffee. I can use cone filters ot eh "muffin cup" filter. Either will work, but I prefer the cone (a little more expensive) filter.Since the Coletti is ceramic it is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. I am sure that the plastic cones will also work in the dishwasher, but I had one drop through to the heating coil in my dishwasher to make a melted mess.I make a "lazyman's" cup of coffee. I grind one cup of beans in an electric grinder and put the coffee in a filter in the Coletti over a single cup. I boil the water in a microwave (about two minutes to get around 200 F degrees). Make an initial pour the get the grounds wet. Wait 30 seconds and finish the pour. Great coffee. This is a good buy and if this one breaks, I will get another one.

Good for single cup brewing
This dripper makes good coffee and the magnetic instruction sheet was very helpful to explain the proper way to make pour over coffee. Because this is a ceramic dripper it’s fairly heavy, and with the glaze, the edges are rounded so I was concerned about it being stable sitting on another object. That’s not an issue when it’s just sitting on a mug but when I put it on a carafe, I was concerned because it making the carafe top heavy and I was afraid it may fall off. It will be ok as long as I restrict it’s use to single mug brewing.

Cracking on bottom... but worked good the first few uses
I love this cute and stylish pour over coffee cup. My Costa Rican coffee tastes delicious with this. Sadly, the bottom of it is already cracking, and I’ve had this for less than a week :( don’t know why it’s cracking because I never dropped it or set it down hard. Maybe get a different brand and hope it doesn’t crack. Such a shame because it’s so cute and works great!

so these pour overs work great for me
Bought the Coletti Pour Over to compare it to my "02" model from a competitor. I prefer to drink my coffee in a three, 4 ounce cup sequence to keep it fresh and hot, so these pour overs work great for me. The Coletti makes a much, much better brew. I try to grind, pour and steep along "coffee freak" guidelines and this is where the Coletti shines, and my cups of java are noticeably superior to all other counterpart devices. My only initial concern was the Colettii's smaller size, but it turned out to be a positive because it disciplines a proper water pouring rate to achieve maximum body and flavor. And the filters are easy to find in a variety of shops and stores. My new Coletti will be my "go-to" small capacity coffee brewer from now on.

Love! Perfect cup every time
Coffee lovers rejoice: this is the perfect pour over set, in more ways than one. I bought the Coletti “Vienna” pour over set after a pretty extensive search on Amazon. I settled on it due to positive reviews, the features (three small holes at bottom rather than ones; it’s ceramic rather than plastic), and, admittedly, looks. I love it! I honestly see no use for my drip coffee maker anymore. Directions are simple, and are included on a large, cute refrigerator magnet. I don’t have a pour over kettle, so I used a small teapot for pouring and it worked just fine. The results are perfect- coffee is deliciously rich tasting, as it should be. It’s such a simple product but with fabulous results. I recommend this for all coffee lovers.

Love this product
Love this product! I have been using plastic for years and bought two of these because my "coffee snob" daughter is coming for a visit this week. It is the perfect size, has a nice weight to it, and is attractive*. I made my first cup this morning and I am confident that my daughter will be surprised, impressed, and will feel at home.*I mention "attractive" because some of the competitors had their logos in color (red, blue) prominently positioned on the cone. I actually paid extra for a product with a more discreet, tasteful logo. (Yikes! I sound like a snob.)
