Good quality but the 4xl is huge but comfortable

I was hoping for a really loose baggy fit for my husband but it turned up and was an EU size. I even went a size bigger than our usual buy hoping for extra room. It's a good enough fit for the house and garden but he wouldn't want to go out in public with this small fitting. I'm a little disappointed with the size.The quality material is nice and soft though.
