Very poor quality.. stitching specially is too poor. Received in torn condition and now denying return because of no price tag.. price tag was not even received with product.. horrible

I had ordered pack of 3
I had ordered pack of 3 but in package I got only two of them n size r very small. No tag n lable attached with any of product. Yesterday courier boy came n refused to take this as there is no tag with it. Now wt should I do now. Plz. Help
