I'd Give This A MINUS 4 If Possable
You have to give them your location and store your personal health information on thier website to be able to use this.. If they aren't going to sell my personal health info and they aren't going to track me why do they need gps location turned on and require I store my personal health info on thier website or I can't use the device?Once you purchase this gadget and download the free app you can only use it for 5 people and you must turn on you GPS location and then agree store everyone's data on thier website or you can't use it at all. Once your 5 people run out you are joined at the hip with these people to the tune of $9.99 a month (or a some yearly fee) for the rest of your life. They weren't clear about all this. I guess Goiheart hopes it takes longer than 30 days to figure it out, so you can't return it and are stuck with an item you can't use without paying them $9.99 every month or some yearly subscription fee so you can use the device you purchased, oh wait it does decreases if you buy 1 to 3 yr at a time. From reading other Amazon reviews it appears Dr. Jess Goodman is selling a product with questionable accuracy and reliability, then after you purchase it he wants to extract an endless monthly fee or you'll be unable use it on more than 5 people. This is unacceptable, take note of this information before purchasing............It's been several weeks since I contacted IHeart customer support through thier website and they have not responded to my request.

Life saver
This is the greatest invention. I am now modifying my diet and using supplements. In December the doc measured my arteries at 77 years old. I am down to 39.

Apps need improvement
I like the concept but the apps (android and IOS) are very, very, buggy. Definitely has great potential if the software would be improved. Works well as a health coaching/ teaching tool.

Stopped working in the first month
The display burned out and nothing appears but the device still works when connected to the cell phone, so it can no longer be used just as an oximeter. Furthermore, you need to pay a subscription to have more than one profile on the app.

Looking for This for a Very Long Time
I became aware of Pulse Wave Analysis testing a few years ago. It was a very inexpensive and convenient way to monitor the overall status of your cardiac health. I found one person who did this testing and then lost touch with them. I searched for doctors that offered this type of testing and could not find any in my city. The only machines online cost in the thousands. When I saw the iHeart device and its price point, I read up to see just what it was measuring. I have been thrilled with the device. Its very small and easy to use. Each test runs about 30 seconds. I run them every morning and evening to see how my numbers trend. Excellent value and peace of mind knowing what you need to do to get healthy.

Misleading and false claims
Purchased 3 of these for myself and friends. They claim multiple times that you can use this on the iPhone AND Android. Yet, cannot find Android app on their site, on their literature (a 2 square pamphlet) or on the Google app store. I've contacted them via Amazon and their website and received zero response. The device itself works well enough as a pulse O2 monitoring device. But I bought this over others due to the claims of there being an app.Very disappointed when I find companies like this.

Very noisy data, too much to be of medical value but a fun and easy to use motivational device
This device is very easy to use and set up. Like most apps they are easy to use although limited in what data you can get/display/export.After taking 150 readings (typically multiple in one setting) I have some statistics on the data that I copied by hand from the app (no export function) into Excel. The pulse wave velocity is very noisy and thus the calculated "internal" age likewise. The age COV (coefficient of variation which is standard deviation / average) is 1/4. No the data isn't quite normally distributed so this isn't quite right but the spread is very large. I don't see any trend over time but I do see a lot of noise. Why rate this device so highly then? It is one of those little educational tools that keeps your focus on health. Pulse Wave Velocity is a very real medical diagnostic (if measured properly). There are many peer reviewed studies available demonstrating the value of it in predicting heart attacks. Several studies indicate that it has more value than blood pressure measurements. The gap is that this device seems very unlikely to actually predict Pulse Wave Velocity and their website only says that they have a correlation between what they measure and Pulse Wave Velocity. I wouldn't buy the device if you seriously need to know your Pulse Wave Velocity but I did buy it for educational and motivational purposes and would do so again.Like the creators of it say, it is not a FDA approved medical device for your heart. Don't expect it to be.
