After 10 days of receipt the plant still looks fresh as delivered. It came in good secured packaging and was very fresh, properly rooted & quite similar to the image shown on Amazon. So far I am very happy with this purchase.

This company is truthful to what they deliver. A beautiful plant just like the photo received. I brought a ficus bonsai before from them and it is adding glamour to my room. Thanks

There are some products that we purchase that simply excite us to write a review about it. This was one such purchase.Initially I felt the price of 899 is a little too much but when I received the package and opened it, I realised it was worth every penny. The plant itself was very healthy and the care and packaging was immaculate. Even the box was labelled with handling directions which I loved.P. S: Although the seller had slipped a note enticing with a 200 rs coupon for a 5 star review, my review is purely and honestly for the product I received, you can see the attached picture.Update: Bumping down to 3 stars for their pathetic customer care. I have tried all their channels (call, chat, whatsApp) and they rarely respond. No care instructions were shared and customers are left in the lurch.

One of the best packaged and healthiest plants received when ordering online.Hope it grows out to be even healthier once the initial leaves fall off and the plant become acclimated. Kudos to the seller for the careful packaging.

This is just a wildly grown seriesa shrub which was hard pruned or trunk chopped in summer season which doesn't have good new leading branches or main trunk, with lot of, a lot of root suckers sprouted in monsoon that are maintained by the grower to show the artificial bushiness which (suckers) are not necessary for bonsai trees.. This is just a nursery stalk which could be obtained for 150 rs placed in asubstandard plastic compact bonsai pot which may cost another 40rs. Being an experienced bonsai enthusiast this was the worst buy i had ever made... By the way plant is healthy now and maintained well in my new training pot..
