I purchased the brush in pink and tried it for the first time this morning. I had been wanting to try this for a long time since I first heard about this straightening brush. I tried it for the first time this morning on day old hair with dry shampoo. I live in Nashville so summer humidity is in full effect and my hair was CRAZY from yesterday. I was surprised by how well this brush performed. It took about the same time as my normal straightening (5-10 minutes). It tamed my hair really well. My only complaint is I couldn't get the ends to lay the way I'd like. My hair naturally flips out but I like to wear it flipped under. I couldn't get the ends to curl back under given the setup of the brush. I don't think this will replace my straightener but it's a great one to have on hand and I plan on leaving it at my boyfriend's place in case I need it for a quick fix.Disclaimer: I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for this review.

It works decently,Pros: It heats up much, much faster than my old flat iron, and it seems to maintain the heat pretty well. In addition to that, it also cuts down the time for straightening. Having 4b natural hair, it doesn't make it stick-straight, but since that's not the effect I'm looking for, then that is quite alright with me. Easy to use, even if I'd lost the instructions.Cons: It's just difficult to make this brush to get down to the roots. In that case, I usually have to follow up with a flat iron. It's a little bulky, but nothing I can't get around.

I have thick curly hair so I was very skeptical however it does straighten ! I really had high hopes for this product. I have thick coarse curly hair and routinely use a flat iron to straighten and smooth it. I hoped this would help lessen the time and hassle of that. I shampooed and dried my hair as straight as possible before using the smoothing brush on it. I applied the brush using even tension from root to end but it did not smooth and straighten my hair.even after 3 or 4 passes through each strand. Until something better comes along, I will be returning to my flat iron. This brush might work ok for someone with thinner and less coarse curly hair than I have.

This works so easily with beautiful results! Just what I needed! I can get ready in no time, so hassle-free! I have medium length very fine hair. I spray on a heat type of conditioning, blow dry my hair, then use the brush at a lower setting. Just a few strokes through and my hair is done. I give it a quick light hair spray and it stays nice all day... no need to touch up!

This absolutely works like it should. Button placement sucks but just make sure to lock it while you use it. Not sure how it would be for people with short hair but as a person with about three feet of hair this is a god send. Whole head was done in 5 minutes. Wasn't given the product discounted or free for my review.

Package and product looks good and give the appearance of expensive, but it is a little complicated to reach optimal results
