Actually helped with my small fiber neuropathy. While it didn’t totally eliminate pain in my feet, it did allow me to once again rest bedsheets on my feet without triggering stabbing pain. A little goes a long way, which is great from a value for money perspective. Simple and quick to apply.

Wow, this stuff is great! My son brought home a sample from this PT and I loved the smell of it for a pain relief creme, so I ordered some. It has a pleasant warming smell, unlike others. It works great and lasts several hours. I will be replacing all of the other brands that I use with RockSauce. It is expensive, but I bought the 12 oz bottle and it will last a long time because you do not have to use much.

I was introduced to this by a massage therapist. For years I have used Biofreeze, which is a great product. However, Rocksauce takes it to a whole different level. I has helped relieve pain on my knees shoulder and back. It does have a strong odor but I can tolerate it for the relief. Keep this away from sensitive areas such as the eyes and privates!

I purchased this product because it is what was used on my back at physical therapy. I really like the relief it gives to me. However first time I used it, roller ball fell out and half of the product came out with it. Had to push roller ball back in. It still doesn’t work well. Hard to get product onto roller ball for some reason. Hopefully this is just an issue with this bottle because I would like to continue to use this product. Hopefully next bottle has a better roller and it doesn’t pop out cause loss of half of the product.

This cream is awesome! It was used on me in physical therapy. It went deep into my muscle instead of staying on body surface. I like it so much I asked "Santa" to give it to me for Christmas.

This is a roll on version of the lotion. I bought it because I couldn’t afford the lotion version. It works ok but not nearly as good as the lotion. And it doesn’t last more than a few minutes. I highly recommend buying the lotion version if you want relief from your pain.

Easy application and great for muscle and knee pain. But....let it dry completely before dressing.

This stuff is the goods, as another reviewer said, you pretty much cant feel your legs at all after putting it on. I'm yet to try it on a long run, but I imagine it would do wonders for endurance runners with pains. I was worried this was a gimmick and would be similar to all the other products on the market, but it is definitely more.

I have chronic pain and use all sorts of ointments and other medications. This particular cream is great for applying after a massage, my Physio uses it and after a few minutes with the massage gun on sore spots I follow with this cream and I can move around freely for a little while longer than usual. It’s not as strong as other creams but it does provide some relief to a similar heat level of deep heat

Not easy to use roller because the roller, But it's great product and give you a good muscle relief without any mess

It's pretty hot, but the strong smell limits use
