Adapter worked as expected
I have been using a USB dongle to connect wireless CarPlay in my 2018 CRV. I recently switched to a Mazda cx5 that only had USB C inputs for CarPlay. I ordered this product to convert the USB connector on the dongle to USB-C. The fit was excellent. The dongle transmitted the wireless CarPlay with no delay or interference using this adapter.

The Tip that fits
Really nice idea. These tips can turn a usb A cable with a usb C connector to a perfect cable for the new usb items. These go on the big end of the cable to give you a usb end at both ends. Way cheaper than buying new cables and your old cables will go farther and save you money from buying new cables.

Car Only Has USB C Ports . Family Only Has USB A Cords
I got these specially to keep in my car so that when a family member needs to charge their device they can utilize their own cords . They work as advertised and make things much more convenient . I have all Samsung gadgets with USB C both ends cords so I don't need them for myself . My data transfer cable is also USB C with high speed transfer capability as well .These work very well for charging devices as well as slower speed data transfers such as an OTG setup .

Exactly what I needed when upgrading to a new Macintosh that does not accept standard USB connections for all my auxiliary devices. These work great!

Tight fit.
Very tight fit. Almost too tight. But very secure.

Improvements needed but works for simple fixes but not long term
Works great but will 100% break if using on side of laptop due to it not being supported. The piece that plugs into the laptop will start to fail and become flexible...leading to you putting anything under it to keep it supported and alive! If this is just fixed to desktop without movement, you'll be fine if the cable plugging into it doesn't put strain/stress on the plug or doesn't weigh it down much.
