Absolutely love this!!! I have noticed an increase in energy since starting. There is no taste or odor. You can drop it on your tongue or I add it to my water. This is so much better than having to take a pill and this has helped me maintain my vitamin D levels. I was worried it wouldn’t work as well as the capsules but this has been a game changer in my routine!

I've been impressed with this product so far. Delivery was fast. Others have complained about the dropper mechanism but I found that if you hold it at a 45 degree angle and wait for it to drip out, it's fine. The ingredients are clean, and it had the amount of vitamin d and the form of vitamin k that I was looking for.

This is a liquid not a pill. Haven't noticed anything with my energy yet I bought this to put in my water to help with my depression. It's a good quality and I'm just waiting to feel better without traditional medicine.

These are high quality vitamins and supplement a very important vitamin that many people are deficient in. Also with the small dose the value is actually quite excellent. I've noticed improvements to my mood, anxiety issues, joints, and overall health since taking them. I just wish the bottle was maybe a squeeze bottle somehow. It's a hard bottle and the dropper lid just doesn't work well to dispense the vitamin oil. I have to tilt my head all the way back and it just feels like it takes forever to get a few drops out. The drops are very small so if you're not very deliberate to make sure they fall onto your tongue or back of your mouth you might not even be sure they dispensed. If they are able to develop a better dosage method these would be perfect.

Love this supplement. Easy to use (and yes as others have mentioned - tip the bottle completed upside down and wait for drip to happen. It works very well). Have added this to my must-have supplement list.

There is no “dispenser”. The description leads you to believe that it would have a dropper, like other liquid supplements. It may be very high quality (I just got it so I cannot confirm), but it is close to impossible to drop it right into your mouth and be sure you have the right dose. You have to shake it or wait 30 seconds - if you shake it, some will go on your face or the floor. If you have something you can drop it on or in, maybe that could work (I hate to add it to a beverage - not sure what ends up sticking to the glass? They really need to include the dropper lid with the right dose. Annoying.
