Useful but has few issues
Pros: Provides very useful data with respect to the health of the animal and contact information of the owner, to the person who access the portal.Cons: Too small a barcode photo. Thus making it very difficult to scan and access the portal. The bar code photo should have been much bigger/better.And, when someone tries to access the portal it asks for a lot of information from the person who has found the animal and has scanned the barcode. This may make a lot of people weary of providing help to the animal in need.

Not worth it
Issues registering tag, website glitches and error messages of malware when you use the QR code so effectively it will put people off using and alerting the pet owner. Avoid avoid avoid. Use a normal pet tag.
