Go ahead just hit order. My neighbor had one of these and I used it on an old truck. It made the brakes work like brand new. Which made me order one for myself. You hook it up pressurize it and go around and bleed the brakes makes the job simple and professional. Buy a bottle of denatured alcohol to clean it with. Clean it after every use. I would give it 10 Stars if I could. Have you not stopped reading this and ordered it yet? LOL Review: Recently I had need to change out all four of the flexible brake hoses on my International 4300 dump truck truck. This unit worked well for pressure bleeding the brakes. The International brake bleed procedure called for 35psi pressure. The fitted gauge on the tank is marked up to 30psi, so I maxed that out at just over 30psi and the brake lines, all four corners, bled with no problem at all. For the operation I also ordered, and used, Motive Products 1103 Adapter. This provided the correct cap to fit the brake fluid reservoir on the truck. It also fits my 2013 Jeep Wrangler JK. To keep the pressure bottle spotless I didn't pour any brake fluid into the bottle itself. I just made sure that the truck brake reservoir (which is a pretty large capacity anyway) didn't drop below the minimum mark during bleeding I had to depressurise the pressure tank once to top up the brake reservoir. The upside of that method is there is no need to drain and clean the pressure bottle after the job is done. This is easily carried out as a one person operation.

This is an excellent product and made quick work of bleeding the brakes on my Mercedes E class. I normally use a homemade method to bleed brakes but the pedal in this car is just a switch and can't be used in the normal way. Mercedes recommends pressure bleeding and this system fit the bill. The hose is good quality but makes it cumbersome to screw on the cap since no part of the hose rotates. You have to spin the bottle as you tighten the cap to keep the hose from kinking. This is my only complaint on an otherwise solid product. There are extra plates for other vehicles and applications. Since the euro adapter fits all my cars, I think one could save money buying a kit with fewer adapters and just get the one you need. At this price, they should include one of their receptacle bottles. For the simplicity of this system, it is a bit overpriced but the money is in the adapters. There are videos on youtube showing how you can make one of these out of a 1gallon garden sprayer.

First, I've tried a few other DIY bleeding systems so this isn't my first time, or the first product I've tried. I was hesitant to purchase the Motive bleeder system because it costs so much more than others I've had. However, all the others haven't worked very well. They were messy, required two people to use, broke easily, and some require an air compressor. So I took a chance after reading a lot of good reviews. But I was still skeptical because the other systems had good reviews too. Anyway, the Motive Products 0250 brake system is the real thing. This one does what it says and does it well. It was relatively easy to use. The most difficult part is attaching the fluid resivoir cap. It's a trial and error process but once I did a few pressure tests and readjusted it a few times it worked flawlessly. In fact, no other bleeder system is as easy to use. Once the resivoir cap is secure and you know you have a good seal, you can bleed a small car (I did a Honda Civic) in 30 minutes, depending your experience. Even novice mechanical can do a car in an hour. I fullu recommend this Motive system and will never use another. It is more expensive but it's totally worth it. Great product!

This tool works great. It's allows you to bleed the brakes or hydraulic clutch on virtually any vehicle,by yourself. If you're planning on using this to bleed the air out of an ABS module. It won't do that, but it will do a good job at bleeding brakes as long as there's no air in the ABS pump. The big flat chevrolet master cylinder adapter is almost too small. But it does work. I wish it was 1/4 inch larger.
