These are the best suspenders for work pants!
I have these on right now. They are very comfortable. Mine are tan. I have work pants on and these suspenders on, 7 days a week. That is no joke. They clip to your belt on your left and right side. They do NOT scratch or mess up your belt. With these, you have to be a "belt and suspenders" kind of guy or girl. The clips and adjusters are the black plastic kind that you find on a lot of backpacks. I have had other work suspenders where the clips and adjusters are metal and they rust when you sweat a lot. I wear these over a T-shirt and in some cases under another shirt like a denim shirt. Since they hang at your sides, they do not show under my denim shirt. The leather "brace" at the back has the company name on it. I wish it didn't. These suspenders are meant to hold up your pants, not tools, but I have indirectly done so. I can hang a cordless drill on my belt and these suspenders will keep my pants up with that tool on my belt. I bought the tall version of these suspenders first. I am 6'4' and they are too "tall" for me. They must be for giants. I ended up buying the regular size and they are great for me. These suspenders make my work pants last longer. Without the suspenders, my pants slide down. Then when I try to spread my legs for work close to the ground, I put a lot of stress on the crotch which is lower on my body than it should be. That area always needs to be sewed as a result. I often wear Riggs work pants which do not have a gusseted crotch which would relieve that tear out. I highly recommend these suspenders. I just wish they did not say "uBEE Perry Suspenders Patented Made in USA" on that leather cross brace in the back. That is stamped into the leather. It is not coming out.

Fabulous!
Love these! tired of my $50 Levis getting eaten by the clips on the ones from that pricey little catalog of work clothes. Sometimes I'm slow, especially in the morning, but it took several days and a mark on the leather pad before I got good at getting them on right way around, clips facing belt. I had gotten used to being belt-less but going back was no bother, I wear it just tight enough to work well with the suspenders, not cinched up tight enough to cause nerve damage like I used to trying to hold my pants up. Nice quality straps and soft edged plastic clips that are comfortable unlike the razor sharp metal ones, and the clips are easy to slide under your belt, which is fantastic for "dropping trow". I thought The strap in the back missing would be a problem, but not at all. Highly recommended. I saw a guy at the bank with these and asked about them, wish I could thank him!

So far so good even with updated review
UPDATE; They are still great after about a month of use with one moderately annoying drawback, they loosen. I am a maintenance man and carry a small amount of tools (full size Lineman pliers in my thigh pocket. My EDC, Leatherman Surge, a heap of keys-10- and a Streamlight protac 2L these are on my belt) in my pockets and on my belt of my trousers. After about an hour of ladder climbing and general moving around they tend to slacken up. They fit me okay as it is, so it is not terrible but my butt begins to hangout a little. The elastic seems to slick. I still wear them and really I do like them a lot, this is the only real gripe it have (Besides having almost no hips and my ass hanging out, so now i am a dude in my thirties wearing suspenders like a goon). I am going to place a few stitches just under the buckle and time will tell if this remedies any further slippage. Original review;I bought these to wear with my rain pants (Carhartt Shoreline) but quickly started using them for my daily use. They fit well and do not get in the way. The build quality seems good, time will tell though. The belt clips are nice and appear tough, they do slip (slide) on my 5.11 Double duty belt. The clip slippage is not terrible and totally tolerable. If these last a year I will be buying more. A GIANT PLUS is they are made in the US.

Quality Suspenders
The clips easily hook to the belt and have never come unhooked accidentally. I wear these working 10 hour shifts as an aircraft tech, where I frequently move in and out of aircraft, bending, squatting and climbing during the course of my day. Before buying these Perry suspenders, I'd cinch up the belt as tight as I could and I would still have to stop what I was doing to pull up my pants and re-tuck my shirt every time I got out of an airplane, I figured that the day before I started wearing these, I spent about 40 to 45 minutes adjusting my pants during a 10 hour work day. As I said, the hooks are easy to get on and off the belt when needed, and they've never come undone. I use just a standard leather strap belt and it hasn't a mark on it from having the hooks on. The straps have just the right amount of stretch and have not changed in elasticity, having worn them constantly for 4 months. Sometimes, as I stretch and move around, the adjustment buckles might move slightly, loosening the straps some. This is easily adjusted and they will stay snug for the rest of the day. Great value for the money. Quality goods that keep your pants up.

Best suspenders and Customer service.
I Love these suspenders. The clips are large and sturdy and having only 2 of them makes them easy to use. I normally HATE writing these reviews, but I felt I needed to not only to recognize this excellent product.but also Action Gears wonderful Customer Service These suspenders are very well made, with sturdy sewing on seams and around stress points. I also love the heavy-duty plastic clips that fasten to the belt. When they say it "wears like a vest" it does. These suspenders do not react and wear like a typical suspender. Anyway, I was accidentally sent the wrong kind and so I contacted the company Action Gear through the amazon web link. A rep by the name of Agustin contacted me and asked how he could help. I called the phone number and spoke with him personally. He took my info and went to the warehouse PERSONALLY to see if he could find my order. He called back within 15 minutes and told me that he had my order in his hands, that he would send me a prepaid return label, and then send my order out in a couple of days. Everything happened exactly as promised, I just got my suspenders today, and I LOVE THEM! Because of the quality of the products, and the fantastic customer service Agustin gave me, I can say that I will be looking for other things sold by "action gear" through amazon. I will be a loyal customer of theirs. Thanks again guys, keep up the good work!!

Great suspenders
These work great for holding up your pants. They do loosen during the day of working. What I did was got them to where they are comfortable on me then used a stabler to put a few staples below then adjustment piece and they never move now. I have had them for over a year now and still work great. Being an electrician with tools in my back pockets all the time they work perfect. I use the belt clips on the inside of my back belt loops instead on the side of me. Works better for me that way.

Repeat purchase
I like these side clip suspenders and have purchased them multiple times. Have had to purchase multiple times because, over time, the elastic material stretches and loses its elasticity, and the slot in the belt clips expands to the point the clip is loose on the belt and tends to come off when bending, stooping, etc. Also the adjustment ‘buckles’ don’t grip the fabric well enough to hold the adjustment. I adjust mine and then tack the adjustment in place with needle and thread (or a paper stapler when in a hurry).

All day comfort
I really like these suspenders and wish I had found them years ago. I've used suspenders off and on over the years, but I've never been happy with the clip on style. The belt hooks on these work much better for me and provide a fast, reliable method of keeping my jeans up where they belong. The shoulder straps slip on just like a vest and the plastic belt hooks are easy to attach one handed. The straps have enough stretch that they stay comfortable whether I'm moving or sitting. The straps are also wide so they don't dig into my shoulders. I might try the tall version next time. I'm only 5-11, but I had to extend these to the longest adjustment to get a comfortable fit. It took a couple days of experimenting where to hook these on my belt to find what's most comfortable for me.
