I was skeptical first of how will this work... But iam service engineer and was a desk worker befow who lives in AC now I can work under the sun In the summer and iam sensitive to heat.... It really reduced feeling of heat ALOT in summer under 45 degree combined with very large fiahing hatDownside that it will make ur shirt little wet but when u take it off it will dry in sun or AC for 10 - 15 minutes or u can get a spare shirt.... I would be honest it is not like staying in AC but in this temperature under the sun and very high humidity it is a life saverOverall very impressed and I still recommend

Do it. It's sized quite large, so the usual (asian/caucasian) upsize isn't necessary. But do it. It works.

I wish someone had put a detailed review about this cooling vest and I would not have purchased it. So let me tell you about this vest after wearing it today during my even brisk walking.ProsNone. This may keep your body cool but its not due to air flow or ventilation but due to wearing a wet vest over your t-shirt and it makes your t-shirt fully wet which actually keeps your skin cool.Cons1. There is no airflow possible as this is very thick. The material doesnt allow any air flow at all.2. The vest causes my skin below arm itchy as the thick outer ring keeps touching it again and again while walking and I sweat much so this causes itchiness and infection.3. It becomes very heavy after soaking it in water even if you try to drain it and wear. It will not be suitable for people who are slim and cant bear nearly 2.5/3 kg of weight of a vest.I used it today after receiving and it was the first and last time I have used it. A ice vest would have been more better than this.This may be ok for those sitting on bikes or while cycling or more static job, but surely this is not suitable for activities like jogging, running etc. It is heavy once its wet and reduces your speed.I will now study other vests and if I find a lighter one which actually allows air flow inside buy it.

It does keep you cool, but after patting it dry with a towel, an hour later, my trousers we soaked to my thighs. Next time I’ll probably wrap it in a towel and give it a good stomping.

I live In Phoenix AZ. Summers are hot. When i start a road trip or return home the vest works very good .I keep it in a large zip bag with water. Once start feeling the heat on goes the vest.

This product is absolutely amazing. It keeps me cool for hours and very easy to get it cool again. You don’t have to wear those bulky water packs that when they thaw you still have to carry the weight. Anyone looking for a vest to keep cool this is the perfect choice! I had an issue where the bottom fabric of the zipper ripped. Customer service got back to me very quickly and solved my problem right away. I would give 10 stars if I could. Don’t think about it or look for other products. JUST BUY IT!!!

I was a bit sceptical at first with this vest. But after many uses of it outside in the blistering heat I feel confident in my purchase. I find the suit does not stay cool for more than 2 hours. But I have access to cold water at work so I simply re soak it through out the day. It feels like you are wearing a wet towel fresh out of the pool, which is satisfying on hot days. Water occasionally drips out the bottom of the suit overtime (again not a big issues when you’re hot). Also, the vest was slimy when wet after the first few uses, but no longer.

This vest does what it is intended to do, keep you cold during super hot days while working in the scolding sun.However, while it is mentioned that the vest can be damp due to how you're supposed to make it cool, lords forbid it rains when you wear it.It will be like wearing a large sock over your clothes. You will be kept just warm enough to not keel over, but cold and wet enough to feel like a slimy foot in the winter.It also takes forever to dry once it has been absolutely drenched from the skies waves of fat rain.I've had mine hang above my bathtub in the hopes that it will be dry enough to put back on, but alas-That took days, to nearly a week of trying to hang dry it.Besides it's soggy nature, good vest.(Tldr, vest good, does its job, fear the rain.)
