DON'T BUY HAMILTON BEACH PRODUCTS
I bought this about 2 years ago...I don't cook, i must have used it for about 30 times to cook just rice...Now the presets won't work, and i can't even cook rice with it...Customer service is pathetic...they provided me with 2 wrong numbers and addresses and i finally googled and found a service center on my own, where i was told that it could not be fixed...Should have stuck with Philips or maybe Panasonic...I regret the decision.

Well worth the money! Nice and light, simple!
Its light, almost seems a little (cheaply built) but Amazingly easy to use, to clean, I love this device, its really Awesome... I am new to rice makers, but I am Sooooo over (Uncle Bens) nice to eat real rice for a change! Takes all the guess work out too! The nonstick pan is a breeze to clean.... I've even made Garbanzo beans in it, they were really yummy! 3 cup minimum with unit, which turns out about 6 cups cooked, but I never have trouble finding somewhere to use the extra! Well worth the money!

Good cooker- Cleaning Tips
Good cooker- water collects around rim- can be mopped up with toothbrush and paper towel. There is an unreachable inch or so deep pocket where the lid clasp grabs.This area cannot be reached by a toothbrush but a small cheap paintbrush and twisted paper towel will clean it or Q-Tips.
