It fits the kiyo. It's a pain to out the kiyo onto because the kiyo cables don't disconnect. It's sturdy and doesn't seem to wobble however the mechanism that lets your position it is a little questionable. It's hard to get in the right spot but it does work well once you do.

All the materials are properly cut and fit, and the design is good with swiveling mount on a ball and socket. There is a sheath over the pole that makes it more comfortable to adjust than with uncovered metal designs.

This was perfect for what I needed for my Razer Kiyo. When using it was at the perfect height and angle for my intended use. I'll be getting long use out of this.

This broke very quickly after I got it, but not quickly enough that Amazon will accept a return.The pivoting head at the end never really clamped down very well and then finally popped off
