I love the face wash but the toner was not included in the package.

This was my first experience with No B.S. products. I have sensitive, combination skin.I liked both products.The cleanser comes in a foaming dispenser, like those foaming hand soaps. It doesn't really lather like the cleansers I'm accustomed to, but that's okay. It's incredibly gentle, but works very effectively, I feel, at cleaning my skin without drying it out or irritating it at all.I was a little on the fence about purchasing the toner, because it contains salicylic acid, which my skin usually dislikes. The overwhelming number of positive reviews swayed me, so I decided to give it a shot. I've had no reactions, and it actually seems to be working as it claims.I'm additionally very pleased that both products have virtually no scent at all.My dislikes are very few: the toner comes in a spray bottle (I prefer the little dispenser style like on the Thayer's bottles); and the product size seems pretty small for the price. At $50 for the pair, this is far more than I would usually pay for facial-care products. I'm hoping their efficacy will mean that I use less, so over time it will last longer. Honestly, at this price I'll probably go back to using the Thayer's toner and just purchase the cleanser when it's time to restock.

For reference I have dry, sensitive skin.The toner is a product that I continue to use. I have a hard time with toners due to my dry skin, but this does not appear to dry my face out. I also love the scent! It is so refreshing.The foaming cleanser definitely does it’s job and left my face feeling very fresh and clean; however, I’ve learned that I need a something a little more moisturizing so will not continue to use it.Overall I really appreciate what the company stands for, and would love to see a couple of products really designed for skin like mine.

I love these products, and have been a loyal customer for a while. I ordered this duo for the first time and was disappointed that the facial cleanser leaks (a lot!). On arrival, the inside of the packaging was soaked. I took it on a weekend trip, and it happened again, despite ensuring the lid was tight. Sadly, I’ve lost at least 25% of the product due to leaks. Not sure I will order again, as it’s too expensive to just throw away.
