I used this book to get more info on purchasing a used Nissan LEAF. (which I did) the book is very well written and easy to understand. You have the option to download from the Kindle store but I opted for the paperback version which I prefer.I you are thinking of buying a LEAF I would suggest this book

Excellent book
Excellent book but was written in 2015 before Nissan re designed the car, & also before the 40 & 62 KW battery’s were used. It has a lot of useful info I think anyone thinking about purchasing a Leaf should read. I highly recommend this book.

An informative intro to the LEAF
Nifty little book that provides an easy to read intro to Nissan’s LEAF, the world’s best selling electric car. It is an excellent “first read” that will really help the new LEAF owner prepare to digest the massive Owner’s Manual documents that come with the vehicle. Don’t confuse this book with a “maintenance manual”. Maintenance advice is not its intended purpose. It is an “intro manual”... and a good one at that.

Good read.
I give this book 5/5 because it lays down the facts from someone with firsthand experience. I found it useful as I own a used Leaf and am promoting EV's to others. We have come a long way since then and EV's make even more sense now than ever before. Stop making excuses: read the book and buy an EV!

Makes a good beginners guide for owning a Leaf
A quick and handy read. Makes a good beginners guide for owning a Leaf. This book's pages are of the same quality as good home printer paper, and the print quality is that of a very good home printing job (no doubt to keep the costs down of producing this item). Library/bookshelf quality glossy cover and glue binding. A satisfying book to own.

Detailed info from a big fan
This book is about Nissan LEAF written by a British author who is a big of the Nissan LEAF fan. Given that the author is British some portion of the book are not relevant for US market. This book is published in 2015 and as this technology changes rapidly it does not have the latest information. With that said if you are thinking about an electric car this is a good introduction to hear all the positive aspects of owning an electric car. It might have been interesting to hear about some negatives as well (every car has short comings).Ali Julia review

Thinking of getting an EV? Get this book first!
The book covers several key topics if you are considering owning or already own a Nissan LEAF. I enjoyed the historical aspects he provided about the car and the EV industry as a whole. The author does a great job of providing context to several topics that I found useful. Being a current owner of a 2015 LEAF, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is in the market for an EV.

May Be Very Useful for the Technically Challenged
This book does not go into a lot of depth, but for someone without a lot of technical knowledge who wants to know about the Leaf, this book would be very useful.

AUTO ELECTRICO MAS VENDIDO
El libro me gusto, esta muy completo ya que incluye incluso historia del auto electrico en sus inicios. Interesante para comprender esta nueva tecnología, que por la novedad resulta un poquito mas compleja.Buen libro!

A must read if you are even starting to consider buying an Electric Car of any type
So I bought this book.... I read this book and..... went and bought a Nissan Leaf!!It really does tell you all you need to know about living with any electric car, though of course focusses on the Leaf. Most importantly it's well written and easy to read successfully pulling off the balancing act of being fact heavy without feeling like a textbook , Michael Boxwell has a natural conversational tone to his writing, it's almost like sitting and have a long talk with a good friend down the pub. That is if your friend has obviously been obsessed by all thinks electric and automotive for a very long time.

Informative and Accurate guide to ownership
An accurate and honest review of the good and bad of driving an EV. Have owned our Leaf since November last year, no regrets at all, it does exactly as Michael has described here.

Electric Vehicles reviewed by an early adopter and industry innovator.
This is an essential assessment of electric vehicle ownership for those considering making the leap to truly green motoring. It is worth noting however that this book leans over backwards in fairly portraying the pros and cons concerning the carbon impact of this form of motoring compared with internal combustion engines, I and others believe that the picture is less ambiguous and that there is little argument that electric vehicles are many times less polluting than internal combustion engines, and that initial higher cost excepted, much cheaper to run.A very interesting and informative book written by a knowledgeable man with considerable experience of the subject.
