Great phone holder
It has a very sturdy grip. The foam behind the neck is very soft and will not move around. It’s flexible versatile very bright colors. It’s a must have for me since it lasted a very long time at least 3 to 6 months. Sometimes it lasts a year. definitely a great buy

Well-made, durable product for a great price.
Able to easily bend the wires into virtually any position, with little effort, yet they're strong enough to maintain the position while clamping the phone.The clamp itself is strong enough and big enough to hold my 7 1/4" phone (including a thick, hard plastic case), with ease. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

A little challenging to bend into shape, but still recommend it
Really a great product and use it every day and would give it five stars if it was a bit more flexible in bending it.

Takes too much work to get it right
It does hold your phone but if you have issues with your hands like I do... The amount of bending and correcting hurts after a while since its so stiff. The neck part isn't comfortable enough, especially if you can't get it in the right shape. This takes way too much strength. I got this specifically due to pain in my hands when holding my phone and wanted to reduce hand use. This isn't right for that.

This thing is inexpensive and it’s very useful.
I was cynical about the lazy neck concept actually working, so decided to try the lowest price point of the product line. To my surprise it started to solve my problems right away, including holding my phone high enough to view online workouts, having my phone viewable while I’m on my computer, and watching TV and movies while in bed, on the deck, etc. I use a Yoga sand bag weight to keep the unit positioned. Lots of functionality at a low price point!

I don’t know what I was thinking when I bought this thing
I am not sure what I was expecting when I bought this but I never imagined how terrible this product is. It’s terrible. I returned it.

It's cheap and weak
It's not very flexible, and the plastic parts are cheap and weak. One of the plastic parts broke while I was trying to adjust it on the 2nd day.

Can be a help
It is good for me I have carpal tunnel in my hands I use it when I play games on my phone
