Magnesium Citrate 400mg 200 Capsules - Nutrissence

Supposedly magnesium citrate absorbs better than other types of magnesium supplements which is why I bought this one, and I am a believer. My restless leg syndrome symptoms have almost disappeared with the use of this product. According to my fitness watch, it really does seem to be a factor in improving sleep quality for me, as in REM sleep and more deep sleep and not just mostly light sleep like before. I've had several medical professionals tell me, as a chronic pain sufferer, to take 800-1,000 mgs of magnesium daily (I take it at night) and eventually bring it down to half that dosage. Over the years I've noticed when I lapse on the magnesium, my fibromyalgia pain becomes nearly unbearable until I get it back into my system. It really has been one of the most useful supplements in my fights against chronic pain and fatigue, and this brand is a fantastic product for a great price.

I like the sleep quality and the refreshed feeling after taking this product.

This is pretty good, worked just like I wanted it, I found other magnesium citrate supplements but, they are mostly two capsules for the same dose, and anyone who wants to take magnesium the citrate form is thes best absorbed by the body, i like this product and have purchased it multiple times.

Have been taking magnesium for a long time, so didn't expect this or any other brand to actually stand out as far as being more or less effective. I "needed" at least 400mg per capsule/pill when most are far less rated and at a decent price and this time Nutrissence fit the bill. So, I give it 5 stars for that combination of features. Look forward to checking out more of their products though Amazon in the future as the need for additional supplements arises.

Please disregard my original post. The failure was on the part of the USPS. This product is great and I am ordering it again It is the best absorbed form of Mg that is recommended by my cardiologist. It has kept my blood pressure in the normal range as well as eliminated muscle fatigue after heavy excercise.

I asked my husband, the recipient of the Magnesium Citrate capsules, if he likes them. His response, "What's not to like" -- high praise. He adds that they're really easy to swallow -- such a relief: the search for the perfect magnesium product is over and I'll definitely be getting more of these for him.

Extremely disappointed with this product. I'd love to know exactly how much elemental this contains, if any! I've bought cheap no filler ones from WALMART and received better effects then this gave me! I started my dose at 3 pills because I normally intake 1,000-1,200mg with being an athlete... I did that a few days, and saw absolutely no results. It was as if I wasn't taking magnesium citrate at all. I extremly upped the dose to 12-18 pills (which would be an INSANE amount to consume had it actually contained the mg of ingredients it lists) so that would be 4,800mg-7,200mg and STILL I SAW NO RESULTS.I would not reccommend this product, nor brand to anyone. I would actually suggest saving yourself money and getting a cheap one from WALMART before wasting your money on this product that does not work.I have tried a few brands, and this is the ONLY brand I have ever seen list a "range" of how many mgs it has in a pill. This is also the only brand I've tried that I haven't received a single ounce of any effects from!
