I’m so confused by the smell thing. Let me say first, I have the MTHFR mutation. I think regular vitamins smell disgusting. B vitamins are the worst. Prenatal vitamins I always hated that weird vanilla ish flavor. I was expecting these to smell and taste so bad. They don’t to me. I wonder if it’s that mutation? To me they smell like baby formula burps. Also, with the first hour I had that feeling that I can only describe as “all systems online”. I did find I need to curb my caffeine when taking these. I use so much because I’m always so tired but these have the right mix to cause natural energy. When I say I am usually the first to turn up my nose at a weird smell- I used to get picked on for it. I don’t mind these. Maybe it was how ready I was for the smell of death. Oh as for taste or burps… I do the vitamin sandwich. I eat half my breakfast, take vitamins then eat the rest. I’ve always done it that way. But no taste on first taking them.

There is no way around the pee smell. That said, I was taking a vitamin and it was causing repeated bathroom visits. I switched to these because most vitamins mask the natural smell with slight flavor profiles. Vitamins - in the natural state - smell. These are about as pure of an absorption your body can have. No fluorescent urine — just smells like it. Take at night!

These vitamins have a strong smell but it’s not overwhelming. Just need to keep the lid closed. I take these because they do NOT include calcium. So they don’t interfere with my thyroid medication.

I trust the brand but these smell and taste HORRIBLE, so I dread them so bad- I am not going to take them daily as I should. Going to finish this bottle and shop for another multi vitamin. Also, burp the taste and never had a vitamin make me burp except fish oil/Omega 3, and this vitamin taste worse! Disappointed

Honestly at first sniff I thought these vitamins smelled amazing. Kind of mildly savory like how nutritional yeast smells. Maybe that was because I was deficient in whatever's in the vitamin itself. After taking it, I feel SO much better. I have a homozygous MTHFR mutation and wow. Makes a world of difference.No smell for me, life changing in energy, easiest thing I've done to improve my health. Sometimes it really is as easy as taking a pill.

These pills STINK. They stunk up my bathroom, something similar to cat pee. I put them into my vitamin dispenser and went on a trip for a few days. My overnight bag stank, and it stank up the room I was staying in. I had to leave my vitamins outside! I tried to return the second bottle I bought but they are not eligible for return. Don't buy these unless you want your house to smell like cat urine. It permeates everything.

to be honest when I first bought these I couldn’t take them because they made my stomach hurt…BUT fast-forward a few months later I started on a GLP-1, now they keep me “moving”… if you know what I mean.
