Screen holding transparant strap broke
Within one day of use the transparent screen holding strap broke. While the cover is good, but without the strap it makes it ineffective. Can’t return even as did not keep the box stickers. Tried to contact seller but could not.

Laptop doesn’t close completely
Looks fine, quality is below average. Looks like a folder, But can be used. However, the biggest negative is that the laptop remains slightly open which increases the chances of the screen getting damaged.
