If you're debating whether you need all these USB ports — you probably do. Every port works, no issues, and the power switches are a nice touch. Just make sure to plug into a powered outlet if you're using multiple devices. Great for organizing a messy desktop.

Tried multiple hubs, only this one actually works. I am currently connecting nine devices with the hub: four external hard drives, two mouses, a stylus pen tablet, a webcam, and a SD card reader. All of them work great and smoothly, no clicking from the hard drives, no delays from the stylus and mouses. I was a little worried when I saw some of the reviews mentioned issues with external drives, probably they didn't connect the external power, which is needed.Each port has a switch with a press to turn on and press & hold to turn off, which is actually very considerate as it prevent you from accidently turn a port off when a hard drive is reading/writting.The material is solid, not cheap at all. I don't like the glossy finishing though. It will be much nice if it is matte.The LED lights on each port are a little too bright, which is not necessary and sometimes bothersome.Overall a great USB 3.0 hub, at least comparing to all other hubs I have tried.

UPDATED Update:EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT Customer Service! If I could rate it 11 I would!Just made it through hurricane Idalia and the vendor came through in spite of the mess. Would buy again! Very good with communication, and the product works as expected.Thank you, SO MUCH, to Lucy and the team at ambs!Update:After contacting the vendor, they requested I run some rudimentary diagnostics - try a different USB port, make sure it was USB 3.0, connect it to a different PC, etc.It allowed me to find that several of the USB ports had indeed failed.I communicated this to the vendor, and included the image, where you can see that the newer unit has a different shade of blue on the indicator lights. The power was not getting to the ports, apparently?In any event, they sent a replacement, immediately.As I mentioned in my first review of this hub, it is VERY good. I run about 12TB external HDDs for image and video production storage and need to have a reliable USB hub. This one is definitely a workhorse!Outstanding customer support, and would buy again!SEE UPDATE ABOVE -- I liked this when it was working correctly.It's been a bit over a year, and the USB connection to the PC is wonky. If I add a flash drive, it doesn't recognize the device. I tried using Device Manager to add/remove, but it only sees 5 drives, not any more than that. I have Aukey hub as well, and it works fine.I love the illuminated buttons/USB ports, but I guess I am going to have to get something else fairly soon.

Item was purchased to replace an older and smaller one from the same manufacturer. This item arrived on time and in good condition. Installed it on my HP All_in_one PC with no problems. Device works as advertised

Lots of ports. Some reviewers hate the brightness, but I kind of like the nightlight. It IS pretty bright. I probably wouldn't use it on my nightstand. It is certainly visible in the dark.

I built an arcade and ordered the 10 port, but I ended up buying a 16 port (pictured) from the same manufacturer because I needed a total of 11 ports for all my USB connections for my arcade. Even though I’m talking about the 16 port, I did have the 10 port in for a while before I upgraded to the 16. Between my ultimate control boards, flight sticks, spinners and light guns, this unit has been flawless in its operation and not a single issue with either of them.I would definitely recommend either the 10 port or the 16 port to anyone.

Great USB connection with plenty of added connections for peripheral connections. Using with flight simulator and all the controls, screens needed to make things connect to my gaming computer. Only negative is the blue LED lights for each connection remain on, so it lights up a room. Would be nice to be able to toggle each connection off and on and do the same with the light as well.My unit wouldn't turn the lighted switch off.

I bought this product which has 10 USB slots. After a few weeks of usage, just long enough that Amazon said it was past the date for a return to Amazon. I looked in the box in which the product had been shipped to me and found that there was a 2-Year Warranty, I submitted my info to the provider and registered for the 2-Year Membership/Warranty. I had a message from the provider and I then advised that the product wasn't working. The provider and I emailed a couple of times, in which the provider advised that they would immediately send a replacement, confirmed my address, etc. And a day or so later, I had a new product. No charge. I've been using the replacement product for months now without any problem. I was absolutely satisfied, even impressed, by the product itself and the service policy and activity of the provider
