Does not leak and does not allow excessive odor. The ring snaps on tightly attaching it to the barrier. It is easy to change but messy to remove, empty, clean and re-attach. It sometimes inflates with gas like a balloon, but does not retain the gas for long. I guess that the seal is liquid tight, but not gas tight which allows intestinal gas to slowly escape. I have not tried any of the ones with a filter because I do not yet understand what the filter does. This one has a velcro seal at the bottom which is a reliable seal. I have tried the one with the clip at the bottom; both are equally reliable.

Works as it should. I was put on a bag in May 2023, this is the product I was issued to use. Locally it cost a lot more, so I get some extras, so I don't run out before my normal supplier ships the monthly supply.

I went to this size because I had a place that was draining right at my ostomey bag. It made it easier to work with.

I like the product because I had an emergency colostomy surgery in 2020. It’s easier and faster to get on Amazon compared to getting Ostomy supplies from a company dedicated to those supplies.

Although delivery went to a different apartment the order did make its way to me and was exactly what I needed.
