Great cookie! A bit crumbly after mixing. I took my larger cookie scoop (about a rounded tablespoon) and put them onto the pan and I baked them for about 8 minutes, then pulled them out and pressed the cookies down with a fork to flatten them, then I returned them into the oven and baked for 2 more minutes. They were not over baked and were perfectly done. The secret to cookies like these, is to bake them the alloted time and pull them out even if they do not look done - trust me they are.

Can't tell it's gf. I had to reread pkg after tasting them . They're easy to make, tastes really good. Only need to add pb, butter and an egg.

My son is diabetic and has celiac disease, so requires a very special diet! His bday came up and I made him a lemon cake, but wasn't sure if it would be good, so I found these cookies as a secondary option. I am so happy I did!!! Not only does my son LOVE them, but his younger siblings (who are not gluten free or needing any special diet) love them as well. These are essentially a peanut butter oatmeal cookie with chocolate chips and m+m style candies mixed in. They requires only 1 egg, 2 tbsp butter, and half a cup of peanut butter to make. Not bad at all! Just as easy to make as any other cookie mix; and they bake up chewy and wonderful. You can choose what size to make the cookies, and I chose the medium sized option. With medium sized, it makes 18 cookies from each bag! For less than $4, that's an awesome deal for anyone who wants to use a mix rather than bake from scratch. They also only have 14g of carbs per cookie! Wonderful for those who also require low sugar and carb diets. I will be purchasing these on a regular basis from now on, as a healthy and delicious treat to make for my entire family. Hugely recommend these to everyone!!!

These were so good! My so. Is gluten free & it’s so hard to find pre-made mixes that actually taste good. We’ll def be buying again. Due free too

These cookies are absolutely amazing! They're not just good "for a gluten-free cookie", they're good for a cookie in general! When making them, the directions were super clear. The dough does have oats in it. And it doesn't look like typical cookie "dough"; it more resembles those no-bake energy bites if you've ever seen recipes for those. Or granola balls. So I'll admit I was worried the cookies wouldn't taste like cookies and would be more like a granola bar. I rolled the "dough" into little balls and then pressed down on the tops with a fork — like traditional peanut butter cookies! I got about eleven medium-sized cookies and baked them for about eleven and a half mins. I was genuinely not expecting how amazing they were. The chocolate is super gooey, the cookie is like a peanut butter cookie, but the peanut butter taste isn't overwhelming. The cookies were incredibly soft, light, and chewy. They were shaped perfectly! I baked them on parchment and they slid right off. No sticking, no burning on the bottoms. The next day, they were just as soft and delicious as they were when they were freshly baked. I can't tell you how well they keep past day 1 because we devoured them so quickly we never got to day 2. I baked them yesterday and I've already re-ordered the mix and plan to bake them again when they arrive on Saturday. I can't recommend enough! I would happily bring these to an event to serve. Not just for those who were gluten-free.

I ordered this because I liked the ingredients in it and it was gluten free. They taste pretty good for a gluten free mix. It’s super easy to make but not a lot of people have peanut butter on hand which is required for this recipe. Also the cooking times are pretty off on the back. I probably added an extra 10-15min of time to the original. The texture of the cookies is good but a bit crumbly. All in all I would order it again.

Easy to make. Great to eat. Peanut butter makes it even nicer.

I’ve been trying to eat cleaner so I ordered this mix a couple months ago and forgot about it until last night. I wish I tried these sooner!! The best chocolate chip oat cookies I’ve ever had. So chewy and the chocolate was rich. I’m a big texture person so these were delicious not dry at all. The only thing was while mixing the dough it did crumble a little bit but I also wasn’t using a mixer so maybe that’s why. The chocolate chips were hard to stick so lots of them were left behind but the cookies still turned out perfect with a good amount of chocolate in each cookie. I’m not a professional baker but these cookie sure do taste professionally made. Will order again
