Striking deployment!
Christmas last, granddaughter opened the castle and several guests asked, "What is that?" She pushed the switch and as it rose, there were audible gasps from adults and kids alike: this is a special treasure so make sure you change the batteries even if it's not needed, because this just may be around for years to come.

Success
This has been a hit with our three-year-old, probably her favorite Christmas present this year. We bought another set of figures to supplement the two it comes with. You may as well go ahead and throw away the tiny "pop-ins," as they will be lot in the first hour of play. Warning though: the frustration-free packaging is practical but not attractive -- you're going to want to assemble this prior to giving it.

Castle only- no dolls, bracelet, or accessories
We received only the castle, none of the accessory pieces, Elsa doll, Olaf doll, or bracelet AS PICTURED AND DESCRIBED. Are these items coming in a seperate package? How does the castle rise without the magic bracelet- some kind of sensor in there? We are very disappointed as this came just in time for our 2 year old's birthday... but half of it is missing :( I'm glad we didn't pay retail for this, because even if all the pieces had been present, it still feels like very cheap and thin plastic.

Plan on returning this product
The Disney Frozen castle is not what it is "cracked" to be. It was advertised to come with a few figurines and other accessories, which we did not receive with the shipment. The castle came poorly packaged and is defective. It rises up on its own, w/o any human interaction. I'm VERY disappointed with it. My daughter doesn't even play with it. So great!

Incomplete order or simply fraud. My Daughter is sad about this.
This is the worst experience i ever had. I got this at USA and it only came the Castle. I thought dolls and accessories were inside and I get this to Ecuador for Santa's gift to my daughter and now we realized it was incomplete. We didn't get the Elsa and Olaf dolls, accessories and even the instructive paper didn't come.As we are at Ecuador now we will not return this. But I expect some kind of Credit about this incomplete order at least the 50% of its value.

its a lot smaller then it looks. and i also dont like it had no kind of box for it. it came in the amazon shipping box u open the amazon box and its all in bags. it doesnt have its own box which kinda took away from the excitement of her realizing what it was when she opened it for xmas. she still seems to like it. so its not horrible.

WHAT IS THIS?
The castle came...batteries allowed the castle to rise and chime....floors fold up and down easily. BUT NO ADDITIONAL ITEMS CAME. NO DOLL, SNAPINS, STOOL, VANITY, ETC....OLAF AND THRONE NO WHERE TO BE SEEN.. ALSO NO BRACLET.I ordered this item on 12/11/16 with arrival 12/24/16. Now I have to figure out how to get the remainder of my order.
