Promotes long healthy hair
I was recommended this product by a small influencer on tiktok discussing her favorite hair oils. I had previously used the mielle rosemary oil and it did nothing for me but I decided to give this one a try. It smells good, isn’t too thick, and I’ve noticed my hair is thicker, smoother, and grows faster since I have started using this product as a hair/scalp mask twice a week for almost a year now! Even my hairdresser, who I only see twice a year, noticed the difference and asked me how I got my hair to grow so quickly. I double cleanse my hair after leaving the oil in my hair for 2-5 hours and then use conditioner as normal and it does not leave my hair feeling oily or weighed down. I really do recommend this product!

very good
i bought this bc my friend who is savvy in all hair skin and beauty products recommended it for me. im lebanese wit some what curly / wavy hair. loose coils on my very best day. she recommended this is a mid to ends length oil to use. im seeing some ppl complain about the smell, although it could be considered “strong” i guess, even wit my pregnant nose i LOVE the smell. very earthy and pretty. i did a hot oil treatment before hair wash day and left it in overnight wit a grocery bag over to sleep in. i shampooed twice thoroughly to make sure my hair wont too oily when i was done, conditioned & added it once i was out of the shower mid to ends like my friend suggested. and i LOVE it. my hair feels so moisturized, soft & my curls is SHOWINGGGG. ive paid $20+ for oil half (if that) the size that was not nearly as good in quality. again the smell is amazzzzinnggg if youre a natural girly that enjoys natural smells!

I am very happy with the scent. It's very pleasant and the quality of the oil is really good. I will definitely order in the future.

Honest review after 1-2months of consistent use
African American maleHair type- straight waving hair which switches to curly hair when it’s time for a haircut.Age 37I started to noticed that the crown of my head was starting to grow thin. So first I changed my barber because for some reason he always cut against my grain of hair instead of cutting with the grain.Okay back to this Dabur Amla product. So my protocol to regrow my hair is simple. I apply Hyaluronic oil immediately after I get out the shower. This a game changer for any guys with straight hair that tends to curl up and is hard to get it to lay down. Hyaluronic is really good for the skin also. Then I apply this amla oil in the evenings only, then apply castor oil, then I apply rosemary oil. After these oils absorb in my scalp then I apply some products for creating waves. Put durag on and call it a night. You might be thinking im using so many products how do I know which ones are creating more hair.Well I had his same routine without the amla and my hair in my crown wasn’t growing back. Once i incorporated this amla oil it started to grow back. Even my barber noticed that it was more dense.Cons: the smell is so bad that I can only use this stuff in the evenings but to me for a product that works this good i don’t even care about the bad smell honestly. If it smelt better I would be able to use it in the day.Recommendations: The jury is still out if this stuff can regrow the hair around my hairline. But without question it’s making the hair in my crown areas more dense.

Get it
If you don’t have this in your room, you need to get it. This oil doesn’t not play. It will bring out hair from your head that you didn’t know you have. The smell isn’t bad and it is very moisturizing. You can even use it for a hot oil treatment. I like mixing more stuff in the oil like rosemary oil and fenugreek. The oil is not heavy so you can easily wash it out. GET IT
