You need to take this on an empty stomach. Make sure in the morning before eating anything. If you decide to take another one later in the day, just make sure again its on an empty stomach like 3 hours after you've eaten anything. Do 30 min cardio 30 min after you take the first capsule in the morning again do the cardio on an empty stomach before your first meal of the day. Also eat clean, no refinded sugars and keep your caloric intake negative to your RDI. You can calculate your RDI using any RDI calculator online or have Open AI calculate for you. Energize and focus
I recommend this pill if you’re trying to lose weight it is a great way to suppress your appetite to slow it down and it gives you energy and it keeps you focused at all times great product. Been using this product on different occasions and it has work every time I lost a lot of weight and I feel good.

If I could rate it a zero I would
I took just as directed on the bottle and it made me feel horribly jittery. I had a headache for nearly 3 days that I could not get rid of. I can’t even tell you how awful the headaches were. I don’t know what all the ingredients are, but they are not good. These things had me thinking I had a brain tumor. Do not take!

Surprised, but it works!
I took this on vacation with me to Aruba. I took it every morning for seven days. I did happen to have / and need- more energy because we were doing excursions and such and also thought that after the vacation would be over that I would have gained more weight because I was eating vacation food and not my normal shakes, and Safe foods. To my absolute shock , that scale dropped down 6 pounds by the time we were home. I did not ever do it without alcohol and I was even able to sleep peacefully at night. I never thought it would happen. )Nothing - even eating right and exercising because I'm 50+ had budged my weight previously. am very happy I ran into this and I didn't feel jittery at all. I was definitely very active on my vacation , so maybe the activity alongside this sup penny with the thermogenic burning of body fats helped, i will definitely buy this again

Better than I expected
Before writing this review I wanted a wait a couple of days. And this stuff does give me the energy I need in the mornings and my day is going great. I will keep using this product

Way different than original
It does not feel close to the original or remake. I don't have energy with this at all. One thing I can say is that I feel like it regulates you I have been using the restroom more often it is more like a detox without the jittery/ pre workout feeling. It's ok but not what I was looking for.

These will make u a bit jittery. they do seem to curb my appetite. Helped me lean out a bit so they do their job.

Definitely not close to original
If you ever took the original product you would know that this. Is nothing like that. I used to stay awake all day long, running for miles on end play soccer all day , great sex drive and all great mood on the original one . But I don’t feel that here . It actually made me sleepy sometimes. If you took the original one then you’d notice the big difference.
