Q: I am a bit disappointed. you say your masks are made in the usa, yet your product description is so poorly written; many grammatical errors. usa-made?

Q: Why do they say made in usa but if you go to the business infection control solution seller store here on amazon it says the address is in shanghai?

That is the seller and most likely mass distributor which is cheaper than in the USA is my best guess. It is one thing to be made one place and sold at another????? Perhaps no truth in advertising

I also discovered these were made in China, and I’m royally peeved that they are so deceptive, but I am not sure that they are bad masks.

Q: Are these niosh certified

No. Only U.S. made N95's are NIOSH certified. These are ASTM Level 3 performance, "suitable for use by the general public and healthcare personnel as source of control with CDC recommendations on Interim Infection Prevention and Control." As such, these are rated higher than typical blue paper masks, but not as effective as NIOSH N95. Good enough? Suppose anybody's guess at this point.
