Good for a 5 pound bag of flour.
This was just what I needed for mouse proof storage of a 2nd bag of flour! A 5 pound bag of flour fits nicely. The opening is a good size if you wanted to use it as a canister. The quality is good but I do wonder how long the hinged lid will hold. I think it's a bit expensive but it gave me piece of mind I needed.

I purchased these forever ago. I still use them for storing that extra bag of flour or sugar. Very handy!

Functional container for flour
Plastic seems flimsy however the bag fit perfectly and it did close like it should. We just put the entire bag in the container. Liked that we could see through it.

Wasnt what I thought it was going to be.
It probably was my fault for not reading more carefully, but this is only to put the bag of flour into with the original flour bag. I wanted a container that was tighter fitting. This lid does not fit real tight.

It's a good idea, but it would have been better if it were a two piece item where the top slid onto the base further. The top is held on with a plastic flap/hinge that I don't like. It's a weak seal. I guess they made it that way for production purposes, but it reminds me of something you could get at a dollar store. I guess it's worth buying, just for putting a 5 pound bag of flour in it. You're going to want to just stick the whole bag in there. Good enough to keep bugs out.

Works great
I have several of these and they are the perfect size for keeping flour and sugar protected in the pantry. Thick plastic is durable as well I have had mine for several years with no problems.

Not the highest quality.
I was a little disappointed with the quality of this container. A 5lb bag of flour barely fits inside and the lid does not close securely. It’s fine for preventing flour from spilling out of the bag if it has a hole in it. But, won’t help keep the flour fresh.

Flimsy container
Terrible product. Could barely close lid. Would pop with just a bump. Absolutely not air tight. Flimsy container. I ordered 2 and I was already cracked under the lid. Waste of money
