Used it to seal roof - Worked Great!
I have a party bus that was leaking from the ceiling. I used this flex seal paint, and it stoped the leaks! Awesome product!

Great Product that needs storage solution of unused product
I purchased this product to hopefully bandaid a problem with the PVC metal wrap on my house. 10 rolls of metal to cover rakes, windows, doors, etc. and EVERY ROLL HAS FAILED. The PVC is peeling off the metal, only 6 years after wrapping. To rip off the metal, rebend and reapply will not only be costly but painfully time consuming. Last year, I decided to look into rubber paint to hopefully stop what's already peeling from going further but could only purchase gallons, which are expensive so put it off. I was happy to find this product in a small can to test my theory. Yesterday, I cleaned off what was loose on 2 large windows, a garage door and the entry door to the garage. Wish I'd have taken pics of those but I didn't. The product is very thick and does not go on like paint, more like trying to paint with caulk. It covers nicely and self levels. You can only go a few inches with each dip of your brush into the can. It even sealed cracks in the caulk around the j-channel. Now for the drawbacks. I painted all the above with half a can of product, today it looked really good. I had hammered on the lid and started another 2 windows this afternoon. Where the liquid was missing in the can, the portion I had used missing, the Flex Seal had "rubbered" up around the can from the halfway point up and when I put in my brush, it would catch the rubber wads and they would stick to my brush. I've got tons of these rubberized wads stuck to my ladder where I had to wipe my brush to keep from getting on my window. Didn't like that and had to be very careful not to grab that with my brush. Mineral spirits DID NOT budge the Flex Seal on my brush, I mean it didn't even loosen it, melt it or dilute it. I threw the brush in the trash. As much as I hate chip brushes because they loose their "hair", it was a chip brush today and that too went into the garbage. The first pic shows what my windows, rakes, fascia are doing and two other pics are of freshly painted, still wet, hopefully-fixed-the-problem windows. I recommend only buying an amount you plan to use in a session. While painting on tonight, it was clear that the empty portion in my can was getting more rubbery as I used product out of the can. I don't feel I will be able to use the remaining 1/4 can tomorrow on another window as it continually gummed up, in this heat, as I was painting.

Great in its own right
Very different than plastic dip. Exactly what it says. LIQUID. And SEAL. Not so much for dip applications such as for tool handles. Takes longer than plastic dip to dry. When dry has a tacky feel too it. Though they are marketed as nearly the same thing they are not. It is most certainly a flexible seal. Works great in its own right. I however was looking for something more like plastic dip and but this gives more oz to the price so I got it instead but not what I thought.

Works great so far!
I used this to resurface the bottom of my fiberglass bathtub since I had noticed a couple of hairline cracks at the bottom of the tub where a previous repair was made. I know that eventually I'll need to just suck it up and replace the entire tub, but for now, I just needed something to make sure that the cracks don't worsen or allow water to seep down below. So with a 4 inch, texturized roller, I poured a little into a paint tray and rolled it on. The liquid was quite thick, so I didn't feel the need to go with two coats. And it seemed to spread/roll on pretty easily. I gave it around 24 hours to fully dry since I only did one coat, and so far I haven't noticed any issues. Compared to the original texture of the tub, I'll say this is definitely a little more slick feeling when wet, but not overly slick so that you feel you're slipping and sliding right upon entering the tub. However, with soap or shampoo on the floor, you do have to be careful. To the touch, without water, the flex seal that I rolled on has an almost rubbery feel so it provides more than enough grip. I only used about half the can, so it may come in handy for future repair jobs around the house.

Love It All
I should be a spokesman for Flex Seal. I always have everything they make in all of the colors on stock and when running low I stock up like I just did. This stuff is amazing. I know from using at my home, our camper our sheds just how well this really works. I have told so many people about this they all stock up as well. A few years ago a tree branch came down thru my shed roof. We had to cut the branch just to get it out of our shed. Well I grabbed my ladder, Flexseal tape and spray and went to town. 2 years later it is still holding well. I can't say enough

Spreads easily but expensive
I used this can Flex Seal to fill in cracks along side the foundation of my home and I won't really find out how well it works until we get the next heavy rain. I used a foam brush to apply it but let me tell you it doesn't go very far. I barely managed to cover a six foot long stretch and had to buy a can of spray Flex Seal to finish the job. My opinion is it is overpriced at a dollar an ounce but if it does the job then I guess it was worth it. Three stars for now but it it works I'll upgrade my rating.

Nice product!
As long as you follow the directions, this product works great. However, I hoped that it came with a dobber like what's in PVC/CPVC/ABS primer and glue lids but it doesn't. I hoped it had a screw on cap but it's not. The size of can is great for small jobs, like going all the way around your gutters in the corners to stop leaks. Works better than specially designed gutter sealant.

Works great!
Used Flex Seal on my and my daughters RVs for roof treatment. Has held up great for 2 years. Knew of a leak when I first used it and it stopped the leak. Did not have time or funds to repair the soft spot at the time. After 2 years the soft spot was bone dry when I opened the roof for the repair. Love you Flex Seal!
