Work with Windows 10?

I have had no issues at all with Windows 10. All of my devices using this item are using Windows 10 with no issues, I do not know about 7, 8, or 8.1.

Is the compatible with a Lenovo Yoga 710 80V5 ?

Hello, yes our SD3600 will work with a Lenovo Yoga 710 80V5 as long as that model as at least one USB-A port which we believe it does. Our SD3600 is not meant to provide power to a laptop, only expand the ports and displays, so the type of power or power needs of the laptop do not matter. Thanks!

Is this compatible with a Lenovo T495 laptop?

This USB 3.0 Docking station didn't support power delivery so please make sure to have your laptop power adapter to be plugged, and a DisplayLink driver installation is required. I have two laptops. Will this work with a thinkpad and a dell at different times?

To the best of my knowledge, the Kensington SD3600 Universal docking station works with up to three monitors, whether stand alone or laptop. Mixing brands (such as Lenovo, Dell, HP) does not matter. It comes with a DVI-to-VGA or DVI-to-HDMI adapter to widen connectivity options. I use mine for two HP standalones and a Dell laptop.
