Are these suitable for ladies with medium sized hands?

These grips run a little larger then the golf pride multi-compound. I usually use the golf pride mid size and decided to try these in the mid size but they felt more like a jumbo grip. The quality of the grips are really good..just to big for my liking. I will probably give their reg size a try to see if that works out. Chances are that you would not want anything other then the standard size. They are a good grip for a good price. Hope that helps!

Anyone with the gray/white version of these grips, after a season of golf how discolored is the white portion?

I have the green / white and they look the same as when I put them on. You may get to golf more often than me but mine seem to be holding up just fine.

How do you put these golf grips on

I put them on myself using double sided tape and mineral spirits. You will want table clamp, a box cutter with the proper blade and a rubber adapter to secure your club in clamp without damaging it. There are numerous videos on YouTube showing standard methods ..pretty simple if you have the right tools.
